Perencanaan Strategi Pemasaran Di UMKM(Studi Kasus ; CV. SR Bakery)
This research is about marketing strategy planning in MSMEs which aims to design the right marketing strategy to be implemented in order to increase sales and the company's competitiveness with competitors. This research was conducted at CV SR Bakery. CV SR Bakery is one of the MSMEs which operates in the field of food production of various types of bread located in Cirebon Regency, West Java. The sample used in this research was 73 people. The methods used in this research are the competitive profile matrix (CPM), IE Matrix (Internal-External), SWOT Matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The research results show that the CPM CV SR Bakery has a score of 2.59. In the IE matrix, CV SR Bakery occupies quadrant V so that the appropriate strategy to implement is the hold and maintain strategy. In the SWOT matrix, there are 7 alternative strategies that can be chosen by CV SR Bakery. Based on the QSPM matrix, it was found that the most suitable strategy for CV SR Bakery to implement was optimizing production, product quality and use of technology to meet consumer satisfaction with the highest TAS score, namely 6.13.

Interactive Water Tourism Facilities Of Klaten With An Ecological Architecture Approach
Tourism is a key element in Indonesia's national development, requiring the integration of cultural and natural diversity as well as social interaction dynamics. Klaten, located in Central Java, attracts significant attention from both domestic and international tourists due to its pristine rural landscape, hilly and valley topography, and abundant water sources, earning it the nickname "District of 1001 Springs." Despite its wealth of water tourism, Klaten faces challenges in effective management, often resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area's potential. The existing infrastructure and facilities are inadequate in both quantity and quality. Issues such as a lack of skills among local workers and insufficient involvement of competent human resources lead to some facilities not operating optimally. To address these issues and enhance the quality and appeal of tourism, a comprehensive solution is necessary. Therefore, the "Interactive Water Tourism of Klaten with an Ecological Architecture Approach" project was initiated. The project is located in the Gemulai Waterfall area, Dukuh Banyusri, Krajan Village, Jatinom Subdistrict, Klaten District. The methodology includes literature studies, benchmarking, and in-depth analysis to design facilities that are appropriate for the existing conditions, promoting the development of optimal tourism facilities. By integrating design elements that prioritize natural materials, flexible structures, and spaces that foster social interaction and education, this project not only offers a compelling tourism experience but also contributes positively to environmental conservation and enhances the management of tourist attractions in Klaten
Sistem Monitoring Kualitas Air Pada Pertanian Hidroponik Dengan Memanfaatkan Panel Surya Sebagai Sumber Energi
One important sector that acts as the main source of food availability for the Indonesian population is the agricultural sector. Hydroponic farming is a new solution to the problem of limited agricultural land and is the latest innovation to increase the younger generation's interest in agriculture. The use of solar panels can reduce excessive use of electrical energy in hydroponic farming systems. The thing that needs to be considered in a hydroponic farming system is the quality of the water that is the planting medium. Several factors that influence the quality of water as a planting medium are water circulation and water pH levels. Sometimes, plant owners do not have enough time to carry out routine checks, so the author created a tool to carry out monitoring and control automatically over a distance to make it easier for farmers to check water quality. There is an Arduino Uno as a data processor in this tool and an ESP 32 for sending data to the Blynk application on a Wifi network. Arduino Uno is connected to a pH sensor to measure the pH level of water. If the pH value of the water does not meet the set point, the control system will automatically activate or deactivate the relay connected to the pump in the container containing the pH up and pH down solutions to be mixed into the planting medium. The quality of the water produced is in accordance with the pH value which has been adjusted to the setpoint value of 6-7 pH and water circulation runs smoothly. The error value of the pH sensor is 1.77% and the power generated from the solar panels can supply load energy for 6 hours
Analisis Program Wirausaha Merdeka Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Dan Kompetensi Wirausahawan Muda Pada Mahasiswa Program Wirausaha Merdeka UMS 2022 (MBKM)
Undergraduate level education at universities, whether private or state managed, not only provides learning and knowledge to students, but also provides degrees attached to their names. However, granting this degree does not guarantee that 2 students will easily get a job in accordance with the field of study they are studying. There are many college graduates who face difficulties in finding work, which causes unemployment to rise. Regarding this problem, the Indonesian government, through the Ministry of Education and Culture, developed a policy for the Independent Entrepreneur training program as part of the Independent Campus Learning Students (MBKM). One implementation of this empowerment occurs through the Independent Entrepreneurship program at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in 2022. This program aims to stimulate students' interests and talents, as well as assist them in creating jobs according to their abilities and competencies. Entrepreneurship education is considered important to reduce the unemployment rate in Indonesia. This program lasts for four months and involves a number of activities, ranging from workshops with experienced entrepreneurs, internships in small and medium enterprise (UKM) units, pitching activities, to making prototypes or innovative products by students. The final stage involves marketing student products to the public. The results of this program are in line with expectations, showing that these activities can help students become active entrepreneurs. Funding support and field guidance from supervisors also play a role in increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. This program provides concrete solutions to the challenge of unemployment by developing students' entrepreneurial skills and encouraging them to create jobs in the futur
Analisis Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan Di Kecamatan Tingkir Tahun 2012 Dan 2021
Tingkir District is one of the areas located in Salatiga City, Central Java. Tingkir District experienced an increase in population between 2012 and 2021, resulting in changes in land use. Changes in land use give rise to problems regarding the increasing need for land, so that there is a need for spatial data obtained from image analysis results to find out information and changes in land use that occur in Tingkir District. The objectives of this research are 1) Knowing the distribution of land use changes in Tingkir District, Salatiga City, and 2) Analyzing land use changes in Tingkir District, Salatiga City. This research method uses a survey method to ensure the condition of the land in the image and the actual condition of the land. The analytical method used to obtain these two objectives uses a qualitative method with interpretation of Geo Eye Imagery, Digitization, and Overlay so that land use changes that occur in Tingkir District and their distribution are known. The results of the research show that changes in land use that occurred in Tingkir District in 2012 and 2021 experienced changes in land use of 24.26 Ha with the highest changes being settlements located in Sidorejo Kidul Village with changes of 3.51 Ha. Factors influencing land use changes that occur in Tingkir District consist of population growth, population density, regional accessibility, and infrastructure development.

Hubungan Antara Task Aversiveness Dan Self-Regulated Learning Dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik Pada Mahasiswa Praktikum Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta
One of the tasks of students in the academic field is to undergo practicum. Although it is a task, students feel objections so that they often procrastinate doing it, which is called academic procrastination. Thus, it is suspected that academic procrastination is influenced by the assessment of the task (task aversiveness) and the ability to manage themselves (self-regulated learning). The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between task aversiveness and self-regulated learning with academic
procrastination among practicum students. There are 2 hypotheses proposed, namely the major hypothesis There is a relationship between Task Aversivenes and self-regulated Learning with academic procrastination in practicum students, and the minor hypothesis There is a positive relationship between Task Aversiveness and academic
procrastination; There is a negative relationship between self-regulated Learning and academic procrastination. The subjects of this study were 250 students who were taken
by purposive sampling at UMS. variable measurements using scales, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that task aversiveness
and self-regulated learning play a very significant role in academic procrastination (F value = 55.697, with p < 0.01); task aversiveness is positively correlated very significantly with academic procrastination (r = -0.499, p < 0.01); and self-regulated learning is negatively correlated very significantly with academic procrastination (r = 0.356, p < 0.01)
Implementasi Keputusan Persetujuan Hasil Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas Dalam Rangka Mewujudkan Kesejahteraan Bagi Pengguna Jalan (Studi Kasus: Kota Surakarta)
Surakarta merupakan salah satu kota di provinsi Jawa Tengah yang mempunyai banyak potensi yang bisa dikembangkan, sehingga sering menimbulkan kemacetan di beberapa ruas jalan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak buruk terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat pengguna jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menemukan, dan menganalisis mengenai urgensi serta implementasi dari keputusan persetujuan hasil Analisa Dampak Lalu Lintas (ANDALALIN) dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan pentingnya keputusan persetujuan hasil Andalalin dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi pengguna jalan berdasarkan berbagai permasalahan lalu lintas di Kota Surakarta. Pelaksanaan keputusan persetujuan hasil Andalalin dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan bagi pengguna jalan dikeluarkan berdasarkan hasil pertimbangan tim teknis evaluasi Andalalin dari Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Kelas II Jawa Tengah. The livestock industry has developed into an important component of the local economy, especially in rural areas. While the industry has a lot of potential, there are several issues that stand in the way of optimal progress and growth. With the current development of information technology, there are many opportunities for entrepreneurs to expand and strengthen existing business models. By using and managing their websites, farmers can implement e-marketing programs. Farmers can also control their financial management in real-time with the help of technology. The SDLC method uses a systematic approach to maintain software quality over time. In this research, the SDLC model used is waterfall. The results showed that the system was successfully built well, had been tested using Black Box testing with valid results and SUS testing which resulted in a score of 83.5 with a B grade so that the system was declared feasible to use, acceptable to users, and ready to help breeders manage finances and market their animals
Rancang Bangun Monitoring Dan Controlling Daya Listrik Menggunakan Aplikasi Android
Electricity is an essential energy source for humans today. Electricity bills depend on the amount of electrical energy used by the consumer. Therefore, I plan to create a device that can efficiently measure, monitor, and control electricity usage anytime and anywhere. The device will use the PZEM-004t v30 to read the electrical energy consumed and the ESP32 microcontroller to send the data to a Firebase database. This data can then be accessed through an IoT interface on an Android application built using the Kodular platform. The device will also feature an LCD I2C display to show the wattage usage of electronic appliances. The testing of the device is divided into four parts: voltage testing with an error of 0.47, current testing with an error of 0.10, power testing with an error of 3.10, and load testing that matches readings with calibrated measuring instruments. Additionally, direct testing is performed where the device is tested against the same measuring tools. The device operates by reading the electricity usage over a day and sending this data to Firebase for record-keeping. The application then calculates the electricity usage over a month. The application features include daily usage monitoring, remote control of electricity supply, daily electricity usage recording, monthly electricity usage calculation, monthly bill estimation, and payment via e-commerce
Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam Dalam Surah Al-Hijr Ayat 57-65 Menurut Tafsir Al-Misbah Dan Tafsir Al-Azhar
This study raises the values of Islamic education contained in Surah Al-Hijr verses 57-65 as a response to the decline in Islamic values in this era. The Qur'an is used as the main source of guidance for humans, including values such as faith, morals, and worship. This research is focused on these educational values by using tafsir Al-Mishbah by Quraish Shihab and tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The research method used is library research with a descriptive approach and content analysis,and uses the documentation method to collect and analyze data. The results show that the value of Islamic education in these verses includes Akidah education that emphasizes patience, faith in angels, and faith in Allah; Ibadah (ghairu mahdah) education that highlights justice, responsibility, and leadership; and Akhlak education that describes the consequences of actions, morality, honesty, and the importance of avoiding negative influences. The study also compared the analytical approach of tafsir Al-Mishbah with the narrative approach of tafsir Al-Azhar. Recommendations for future research include further exploration of Islamic works related to education and the cultivation of moral values from an early age to support the formation of quality Muslim characters
