Identification of Factors Influencing the Buying Behaviour of Customers of Martial Arts Store

Předmětem této diplomové práce je identifikace faktorů ovlivňujících nákupní chování zákazníků prodejny Ippon, která se specializuje na vybavení pro bojové sporty. Teoretická část vymezuje koncepty nákupního a spotřebitelského chování, modely spotřebitelského chování a faktory, které je ovlivňují. Dále charakterizuje společnost Ippon a analyzuje trh s bojovými sporty v České republice. Praktická část popisuje metodiku výzkumu a analyzuje výsledky kvantitativního šetření realizovaného prostřednictvím písemného a elektronického dotazování na vzorku 210 respondentů. Výzkum měl za úkol nejen identifikovat faktory ovlivňující nákupní chování zákazníků prodejny Ippon, ale také odhalit rozdíly v preferencích a motivacích v závislosti na dosažené úrovni v bojových umění. Na základě výsledků byly formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést k lepšímu porozumění nákupnímu chování zákazníků a k efektivnějšímu nastavení prodejní strategie.The subject of this thesis is the identification of factors influencing the purchasing behaviour of customers of Ippon, a shop specialising in martial arts equipment. The theoretical part defines the concepts of buying and consumer behaviour, models of consumer behaviour and factors that influence them. It also characterizes Ippon and analyzes the martial arts market in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the research methodology and analyses the results of a quantitative survey conducted through written and electronic questioning on a sample of 210 respondents. The research was designed not only to identify factors influencing the purchasing behaviour of Ippon store customers, but also to reveal differences in preferences and motivations depending on the level achieved in martial arts. Evaluation of Management of the Municipality of Zubří in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení hospodaření města Zubří ve sledovaném období 2014-2023 v kontextu pandemie COVID-19. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit hospodaření města Zubří a identifikovat případné dopady pandemie COVID-19 na rozpočtové hospodaření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy teoretická část popisuje charakteristiky územní samosprávy a postavení obce a samotnou finanční analýzu. Praktická část je rozdělena na metodologii a analytickou část. Analýza je provedena pomocí vybraných poměrových ukazatelů, jako jsou Celková zadluženost, Míra zadluženosti, Koeficient samofinancování a Běžná likvidita, a vyžívá metody vertikální a horizontální analýzy s využitím bazických a řetězových indexů pro zhodnocení vývoje. Výsledky analýzy hospodaření města Zubří jsou dále porovnávány s medianem výzkumného souboru. Na základě výzkumu bylo zjištěno nestabilní hospodaření města Zubří, které má prohlubující se problém s rostoucí zadlužeností a klesající likviditou z důvodu investic. Na základě toho zjištění doporučuji městu Zubří systematické plánování investičních akcí a pravidelnou aktualizaci střednědobého a dlouhodobého finančního výhledu. Dále doporučuji místo využívání vlastních zdrojů pro financování investic využívat finance získané z grantů.This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the financial Management of the Municipality of Zubří during the monitored period of 2014-2023 in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial management of the Municipality of Zubří and identify potential impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on budget Management. The bachelor's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, where the theoretical part describes the characteristics of local government and the position of a Municipality, as well as financial analysis itself. The practical part is divided into methodology and analytical part. The analysis is performed using selected financial ratios, such as Total Indebtedness, Debt Ratio, Self-Financing Ratio, and Current Ratio, and utilizes vertical and horizontal analysis methods using base and chain indices to evaluate development. The results of the analysis of the financial management of the Municipality of Zubří are further compared with the median of the research sample. Based on the research, unstable financial Management of the Municipality of Zubří was found, which has a deepening problem with increasing indebtedness and decreasing liquidity due to investments. Based on this finding, I recommend that the Municipality of Zubří systematically plan investment activities and regularly update the medium-term and long-term financial outlook. Furthermore, I recommend utilizing funds obtained from grants instead of using own resources for financing investments.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn

Technical Efficiency of Regional Capacities of Psychiatric Care in the Czech Republic

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení technické efektivnosti psychiatrické péče v krajích České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zhodnotit technickou efektivnost dostupných kapacit v ambulantní a hospitalizační péči poskytovatelů psychiatrické péče v období 2013-2022. K naplnění tohoto cíle byla využita kvantitativní metoda Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), která umožnila zhodnotit výkonnost krajů na základě vstupních (personálních a kapacitních) a výstupních (produkčních) ukazatelů. Výsledky ukázaly, že průměrná technická efektivnost krajů se v hodnoceném období pohybovala v rozmezí 90,6 % až 92,3 %. V období 2021-2022 dosáhly plné technické efektivnosti čtyři kraje, a to kraj Středočeský, Pardubický, Olomoucký a hlavní město Praha. Analýza zároveň ukázala, že v průběhu sledovaného období docházelo k postupnému zvyšování efektivnosti napříč regiony, což může reflektovat pozitivní vlivy probíhající reformy psychiatrické péče.The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the technical efficiency of psychiatric care in the regions of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the technical efficiency of available capacities in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care of psychiatric care providers in the period 2013-2022. To achieve this objective, the quantitative method Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was applied, enabling the evalutiaon of regional performance based on input (staffing and capacity) and output (production) indicators. The results showed that the average technical efficiency of regions ranged from 90.6 % to 92.3 % during the analysed period. In the period 2021–2022, four regions achieved full technical efficiency, namely the Central Bohemian Region, Pardubice Region, Olomouc Region and the Capital City of Prague. The analysis also indicated a gradual increase in efficiency over time, which may reflect the positive impact of the ongoing psychiatric care reform.115 - Katedra managementuvýborn
