General Background: The training of specialists in the preschool education system is crucial for ensuring high-quality early childhood education, which significantly impacts children's development and learning outcomes. Specific Background: The dual education system, which combines theoretical learning with practical experience, has emerged as an effective approach for preparing educators. However, its application in preschool education remains underexplored, particularly in the context of engineering-pedagogy. Knowledge Gap: Despite the recognized benefits of dual education, there is a lack of comprehensive studies examining its theoretical principles and organizational frameworks within preschool education, leaving a gap in understanding how this approach can enhance the training of preschool educators. Aims: This article aims to elucidate the theoretical foundations and principles of training specialists for the preschool education system based on the dual education model, highlighting its relevance and effectiveness. Results: The findings suggest that the dual education system fosters a more integrated learning experience, enabling educators to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings, thereby enhancing their pedagogical competencies. Novelty: This research introduces a conceptual framework for the dual education model specifically tailored for preschool education, emphasizing its unique contributions to developing skilled educators equipped to meet the diverse needs of young learners. Implications: The implications of this study advocate for the integration of dual education principles in preschool teacher training programs, encouraging educational institutions to adopt this model to improve training outcomes and ultimately enrich the quality of early childhood education

ANALYTICAL STUDY OF THE ROLE MODEL OF THE RASULULLAH'S LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
The urgency of role modeling the leadership characteristics of Rasulullah and its implementation in Islamic educational institutions is very important because Rasulullah Muhammad SAW is the main example in all aspects of life, including leadership. Implementing the leadership characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad in Islamic educational institutions not only forms strong and effective leadership, but also creates a harmonious and productive learning environment. By taking the Prophet as an example, leaders and managers of Islamic educational institutions can ensure that they not only achieve educational goals academically, but also build strong character and morals in their students in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research is a literature study. This paper uses three types of source materials, namely: primary, secondary and tertiary. The analytical technique applies three analytical techniques: deductive, inductive and comparative. The results of the research show that the characteristics of the Prophet's leadership include: Godly, Universal, Humanist, Realistic, Harmonious, Just, Easy and Dynamic. The role of the Prophet Muhammad SAW began with forming a new people who had their own intellectual abilities, behavior, morals, laws, legislation and language. So that if the individuals in it grow and interact with other worlds, whose beliefs and behavior are completely different, with other ummah, the leadership models include, among others, education that begins in the family, education by reading and writing the Koran and establishing educational institution
AN ASSESSMENT OF TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS’ EXAMINATIONS CHALLENGES IN NIGERIA: IMPLICATION FOR DECISION MAKING
This paper assessed the challenges militating against conduct of examinations in the tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Relevant journals and conference papers were consulted and are sources of secondary data used in the paper. The paper identified funding problems, inadequate infrastructure facilities, corruption, examination mal-practices, technological facilities, strike actions and insecurity problems as challenges militating against effective conduct of examinations in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Based on these findings, the paper recommends an increment in the budgetary allocation of tertiary institutions. Provision of modern infrastructure facilities. Deployment and installation of CCTV cameras in all examination halls and theatres. Examination marking should be taken away from lecturers to a special centre where marking of exams scripts will be decentralized. Government should implement all agreement reached with different trade unions to curtain strike actions in the various institutions. Government should address all issues breeding insecurities in Nigeri

Addiction is a complex issue that not only affects the individual but also their psychological well-being. Anger management has been identified as a crucial component in the rehabilitation process for individuals struggling with addiction. This study explores the efficacy of Anger Management Rooms as an intervention for individuals undergoing addiction rehabilitation at the BNN Batam Rehabilitation Center. Addiction, often accompanied by complex emotional issues including anger, presents significant challenges in the recovery process. The Anger Management Room offers a structured environment where individuals can learn and practice anger management techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation training, and emotional expression. By providing tools to identify, understand, and manage anger, this intervention aims to reduce relapse rates and improve overall well-being. This paper reviews existing literature to assess the effectiveness of Anger Management Rooms in addressing the emotional needs of individuals in recovery and discusses the various techniques employed within these space

The demonstration method is very important in teaching because it makes abstract concepts more concrete and easier for students to understand. In addition, demonstrations involve students directly in the learning process. They can see, hear, and often participate in demonstrations, which helps improve information retention. Meanwhile, motivating students is one of the most important aspects of effective teaching. This research aims to determine the effect of the demonstration method on the learning motivation of class VI students at SDN 078553 Orlin in Indonesian language subjects. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The sample in the research was class VI, 32 people. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research conducted provide information that the demonstration method is very efficient in helping to shape students' characters such as cooperation, responsibility, caring, tolerance and is able to increase students' learning motivation.
