Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi Dan Kebiasaan Konsumsi Junk Food Dengan Status Gizi Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Ketintang Surabaya

Junk food is food that is easily found in urban areas. The practical urban lifestyle allows someone to prefer junk food. Lack of nutritional knowledge influences the habit of consuming food without paying attention to its nutritional content just because it tastes good. This can affect nutritional status. This research aims to: (1) determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. (2) determine the relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. The research location was carried out at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya, with 91 class XI student respondents taken using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire. Questionnaires were used to obtain data on respondents' identities, level of nutritional knowledge and food frequency questionnaires to determine respondents' junk food consumption habits. To determine the nutritional status of respondents, the BMI/U index is obtained by weighing their body weight and measuring their height directly. The research instrument was adopted from previous research and has been validated by expert lecturers in the field. The data analysis technique used is the chi square test.The results of the research show: (1) the results of statistical tests on nutritional knowledge with the nutritional status of students, namely sig 0.394 > 0.05, which indicates there is no significant relationship between the two variables, (2) the results of statistical tests on junk food consumption habits with nutritional status sig 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and students' nutritional status, but there is a relationship between junk food consumption habits and nutritional status in class XI students at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya

Gambaran Kebiasaan Jalan Kaki Masyarakat Kota Makassar Tahun 2023

This study aims to examine the effect of walking exercise on the sleep quality of the community in Makassar City. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study was the community in Makassar City, with a sample of the community who accessed the Walking Park in Makassar City. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method. Out of a total of 399 respondents, it was found that the majority were women aged 21-30 years, unmarried, and had a good perception of their health condition. Most respondents walked 1-2 times a week with a duration of less than 30 minutes. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents were women aged 21-30 years, unmarried, and had a good perception of their health condition. The profile of the walking habits of the respondents shows that the majority do this activity 1-2 times a week with a duration of less than 30 minutes, while only a small portion regularly walk with a duration of 30 minutes or more

The background of this research is based on a brain disease, namely stroke. Stroke results in much higher mortality and morbidity. Viewed from the aspects of risk of death, high medical costs, decreased quality of life and increased prevalence, stroke has a broad impact. Apart from that, decubitus problems also arise in stroke sufferers due to prolonged pressure, the parts that experience bruising are the hips, buttocks, foot joints and heels. Based on a preliminary study conducted at the Tangerang Regency General Hospital, there were 89 patients with a diagnosis of stroke starting from 2022. Meanwhile, in the Cempaka room, it was found that during the assessment there was 1 case with a diagnosis of stroke on January 2 2024. The results of this research are effectiveness. right and left tilt positions in reducing pressure sores or decubitus in patients with stroke. The conclusion of this study is that the right and left side positions are non-pharmacological techniques for reducing pressure ulcers or decubitus and can be used in patients who experience problems with prolonged bed rest. The suggestion from this research is that intervention in right and left tilt positions can be carried out according to the 2021 PPNI SOP
