    UMKM sebagai tombak perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia yang mulai menjamur telah memberikan banyak manfaat bagi pelaku UMKM terutama untuk masyarakat di kalangan ekonomi menengah ke bawah. Usaha yang baik dilakukan UMKM ternyata banyak menghadapi kendala terutama sumber utamanya adalah perekonomian yang masih membutuhkan banyak modal untuk pengembangan usahanya. Desa Bajong Kabupaten Purbalingga merupakan sebuah wilayah yang memiliki banyak mata pencaharian dalam bidang UMKM, banyaknya pelaku UMKM yang belum mampu menyusun laporan keuangan, baik yang secara sederhana. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi pertimbangan untuk menjadi hal utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan sosialisasi mengenai penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana, manajemen keuangan dan diakhiri dengan pelatihan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara langsung, sehingga setidaknya para pelaku UMKM memiliki gambaran untuk membuat sebuah laporan keuangan yang disesuaikan dengan standar akuntansi entitas mikro, kecil dan menengah

    Pengabdian masyarakat di UD FF Tirta Jakarta Timur menyoroti dampak adopsi teknologi dalam manajemen keuangan karyawan, menyebabkan pertumbuhan cepat usaha distribusi air minum dalam kemasan ini. Meskipun aplikasi keuangan mempercepat tugas keuangan, mayoritas karyawan dari pedesaan mengalami kesulitan memahami teknologi dan keuangan, memengaruhi efektivitas aplikasi tersebut. Tim PKM memberikan abdimas dengan pendekatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan bantuan teknis, menanggapi kesenjangan pengetahuan ini. Namun, pengabdian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa UD. FF Tirta masih memerlukan upaya lebih lanjut dalam memanfaatkan teknologi keuangan. Fokusnya adalah melalui penyuluhan, pendekatan personal kepada karyawan, dan perbaikan sistem administrasi keuangan. Kesimpulannya, adopsi teknologi membawa manfaat namun juga menyoroti kesenjangan pengetahuan. Melalui abdimas yang berfokus pada pelatihan dan bantuan teknis, diharapkan karyawan dapat lebih siap menghadapi perubahan teknologi keuangan serta memanfaatkannya secara efektif dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Saran untuk pengabdian serupa adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang teknologi keuangan secara berkelanjutan agar masyarakat dapat mengelola transaksi keuangan lebih efisien sesuai perkembangan zaman

    Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana proses pembelajaran speaking untuk tingkat usia prasekolah dan sekolah dasar diajarkan di Rumah Pintar Keisha. Seiring dengan kemajuan zaman dimana pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris terutama yang terkait dengan kemampuan speaking menjadi sangat penting di kalangan anak-anak usia prasekolah dan sekolah dasar. Kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris anak-anak yang terhitung sudah mahir sejak usia dini tidak dapat dilepaskan dari peran para pengajar. Pengajaran tidak akan optimal apabila pengajar tidak memiliki kompetensi dalam penguasaan Bahasa Inggris terutama speaking serta tidak memiliki kreativitas dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran kepada para siswa/i. Di samping pengetahuan, kreativitas dalam mengajar juga sangat dibutuhkan agar para siswa/i tidak merasa bosan dan pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Melalui ketersediaan tenaga pengajar yang kompeten, menginspirasi lahirmya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Rumah Pintar Keisha adalah salah satu lembaga pemberdayaan pendidikan yang memfokuskan kegiatannya pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang mencakup speaking di dalamnya. Rumah Pintar Keisha berlokasi di wilayah Harjamukti, Cimanggis, Kota Depok. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diharapkan akan mendorong peningkatan pemahaman dan penguasaan dalam mempelajari Bahasa Inggris terutama dalam kemampuan speaking dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik sehingga siswa/i tidak akan merasa kesulitan dan bosan untuk mempelajarinya serta memiliki rasa percaya diri saat berbicara di depan kelas

    Background:  College libraries not only provide printed collections such as books for lecture materials, but some of them provide collections not published to the public, usually called Gray Literature. The Gray Literature Collection is one of the main factors to consider when assessing a university library. The Gray Literature Collection contains various research results that the library/user needs. The Repository is an archival storage place designed to collect, preserve, and disseminate digital copies, especially the Darmajaya Repository Gray Literature Collection.. Purpose: This research aims to describe how the Repository is managed at the IIB Darmajaya Library and the obstacles librarians face during the management stage. Design and methods: This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using case study research. Data collection uses observation and interviews. Data analysis in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, while a triangulation approach is used to measure validity. Results: Based on the findings of this research, Repository management at the IIB Darmajaya Library is carried out by determining management policies, preparing hardware and software, Human Resources, and procedures for receiving collections. The final stage is uploading files into the Darmajaya Repository system. Problems are faced in managing the Darmajaya Repository because it is still in the development process, so there are still areas for improvement in management, implementation, and presentation

    Background:  A school library is a library established by each school where the library has an important role in the student teaching and learning process. Purpose: This research aims to determine what efforts the Library at SDN Sawojajar 1 made to support the teaching and learning process and student literacy. Design and methods: This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: The results of the research show that the efforts made by the SDN Sawojajar 1 Library, which plays a role in supporting the teaching and learning process and literacy, are by providing various kinds of collections, implementing the Steel Corner program, implementing the literacy movement (GLS) program, and making library visits mandatory. The policy of providing a collection of textbooks, applicable books, and references helps meet students' needs in understanding the school curriculum. It stimulates interest in reading outside the context of formal learning. The Reading Corner Program provides opportunities for students to read books according to their interests. In contrast, the Literacy Movement (GLS) provides a holistic approach by integrating audio-visual media to improve student literacy. With the various efforts made by the library, it is hoped that it can become a dynamic and effective learning center in supporting the teaching and learning process and increasing student literacy at SDN Sawojajar 1

    Posyandu Tulip yang terletak di Jalan Bojong Lio RT 03 RW028 Sukamaju - Cilodong Kota Depok, merupakan sebuah unit pelayanan kesehatan yang bertugas memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, terutama ibu dan anak, serta lansia. Saat ini, semua kegiatan di Posyandu Tulip masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sistem manual ini mencakup pencatatan seperti pendaftaran bayi dan balita, daftar hadir bayi dan balita, pencatatan data imunisasi, serta pencatatan hasil pengukuran pada bayi dan balita. Peningkatan peran dan fungsi Posyandu bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah, tetapi juga melibatkan semua komponen masyarakat, termasuk para kader. Proses pencatatan pendaftaran dilakukan secara manual, arsip laporan yang disimpan secara manual, menyebabkan kesulitan dalam mencari data dan rentan terhadap kerusakan karena ditulis secara manual, kader menghadapi tantangan dalam menyusun laporan Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIPOS). Para kader posyandu berhasil memahami dan mengaplikasikan arahan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi yang dibuat, dengan indikator keberhasilan 80% kader posyandu memahami penggunaan Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIPOS), serta terjadi peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas pengembangan data pengunjung oleh para kader dalam laporan dan tindakan kesehatan, dan memberikan bekal agar kader sukses menggunakan sistem digitalisasi baru dan terus meningkatkan penggunaannya, melalui metode workshop yang melibatkan pemateri, pelatihan, dan diskusi dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat

    This community service is motivated by several problems with the ability to read, write, and count in elementary school students. The purpose of this research is to improve reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. This community service uses the mentoring method. The result of this research is that this mentoring was attended by a total of 29 students. A total of 32 students, 23 children are fluent in reading and 9 children are still spelling. This mentoring was carried out well and received good enthusiasm by the students of SDN Cipicung 05. Calistung Learning Assistance Activities With the Monopoly-Based TGT (Team Games Tournament) Model and Snakes and Ladders Game can be useful to support several things that schools need, namely improving reading, writing skills , and counting for students

    Background:  A language translator of literary texts for children is not an easy task, translators of literary works face obstacles in translating the author's moral messages, idiolects, SL cultural boundaries and SL writing styles. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the translation of fairy tale genre children's literature, the translation method used and the quality of the translation of the fairy tale into Indonesian. Design and methods: The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. Brothers Grimm's fairy tale, The Seven Crows, became the topic of research. Results: The results of the study show that the Seven Crows fable has more figurative language. Several translation methods used in fables include paraphrasing, adaptation, idiomatic, literal, free, and semantic methods. The method used can maintain the language style of fairy tales in the original language and produce translations that are accurate and easy to read, even though the reception is low

    Background:  Poetry is results work literature, which arises from expression feelings and thought, and arises in situation certain. Thing this seen in statement that nothing, rhythm, and pressure play role important in poetry, language imaginative and choice say (vocabulary) arranged by bait, which is total CLASSIFIED in each table, and so on. Poetry is of course not a simple work of art, but a very complex organism. Poetry is created with different linguistic and aesthetic elements. Poetry is also an important record and interpretation of human experience and is written in the most memorable form. There are two main elements in building a poem, namely intrinsic and extrinsic elements. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine students' ability to compose poetry based on the intrinsic elements of class VI SDIT Insan Karima. Design and methods: The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were documents made by students, totaling 17 poems. The data collection tool used by the researcher was a document written by a class IV student at SDIT Insan Karima and filling in the rubric carried out by the researcher was based on the theory of Saefu Zaman Results: The results of this study are that out of 17 student works, almost 100% of the poems made are in accordance with the intrinsic elements requested, but the need for further guidance to students in managing vocabulary that will be poured into these poems

    Efforts by the Homeroom Teacher to Address Reading Challenges Among Class III Students at SDN Bantar Kemang 06

    Background:  The research delves into the efforts made by the class teacher to address reading challenges among third-grade students at SDN Bantar Kemang 06. While most class III students typically read proficiently, there are some in SDN Bantar Kemang 06 who require additional support in reading. Purpose: This study aims to identify the specific reading difficulties these students face and explore the teacher's strategies to overcome these challenges. Design and methods: Employing a qualitative approach, the research adopts a case study method. Data collection involves observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The Miles Huberman Analysis Model guides data analysis through components of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion verification. To ensure data validity, triangulation methods involving source, method, and time are employed. Results: The findings reveal five key efforts by the homeroom teacher to address students' reading difficulties. Firstly, the teacher emphasizes classroom literacy. Secondly, a dedicated reading corner is established within the classroom. Thirdly, additional reading sessions of about 20 minutes are provided after regular learning activities for struggling students. Fourthly, proactive communication with parents and conducting tutoring or individual guidance sessions for students in need are implemented. The identified factors contributing to students' reading difficulties encompass intellectual, environmental, and psychological aspects. These difficulties manifest in hesitancy while reading, inadequate attention to punctuation in lengthy sentences, and a need for assistance in comprehension
