Bottom-Up Participative Climate Village Program as a Platform for Active Community Participation in Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation: A Case Study of Sambak Village, Kajoran Sub-District, Magelang Regency
This study examines the role of community participation in the implementation of the Climate Village Program (ProKlim) in Sambak Village, Kajoran Sub-District, Magelang Regency, Indonesia. Using Cohen and Uphoff's (1980) framework, it evaluates participation in decision-making, implementation, benefit-sharing, and evaluation. The study adopts a descriptive qualitative research design, incorporating primary data from observations, interviews, and documentation, and secondary data from relevant literature and reports. Data collection employs purposive sampling, targeting informants such as village leaders, ProKlim coordinators, and community members. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's interactive model, including reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through triangulation methods. The findings reveal varying levels of community engagement across these areas. While waste management activities see high participation, food security and conservation initiatives face challenges due to limited awareness, work commitments, and perceived benefits. Internal evaluations feature active feedback, but external evaluations lack broader community involvement due to ineffective communication. The study highlights the importance of enhancing community engagement to ensure the program's sustainability and alignment with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13 on Climate Action. Recommendations are provided to address barriers and optimize participatory strategies, contributing to the broader effectiveness of grassroots climate initiatives

The research findings show that the elaboration of Aswaja and P3 character education is manifested in students' social practices formed through Madrasah activities that emphasize Aswaja and P3 characters (Habitus), interactions between teachers and students and recognition of Aswaja and P3 values (Capital), and a supportive environment in madrasah (Field). Resulting in a very effective practice of habituation of student character. This is able to encourage students to be active in social activities, strengthen harmony among others, and optimize understanding of diversity

Abstract
The sub-district performance evaluation on general government affairs implementation in Sleman Regency of 2021-2023 is a study focuses on the implementation of the municipality's duties and functions in the general government affairs of the Sleman district. There are three major issues with the district's implementation of general government affairs. First, the sub-district as a regional government agency that has territorial aspects but does not hold a position as the authority or regional head of the territory and is not a sectoral administrator such as technical government agency or department in the regional government structure. Second, public service authorities in the sub-district sector have been greatly reduced by using digital government platforms. Third, the village's government functions are geographically located within the sub-district area. Among these issues, it is important to know the performance of the general government affairs in the sub-district of Sleman in order to strengthen the strategic role of sub-districts in regional government. The study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach by collecting data on the implementation of general government affairs in 17 (seven) sub-districts in the Sleman Regency during the period 2021–2023, through observations, surveys, and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques use describtive analysis methods to describe and analyze research results. The study's findings indicate that the sub-district's performance of the implementation on general government affairs was lower when compared to the performance of the sub-district as government agency. The performance of sub-distric general government affairs is influenced by collaborative leadership and the implementation of mitigation, facilitation, mediation, supervision, and advocacy functions

Tinjauan Sistematis Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa di Indonesia: Tata Kelola, Partisipasi, dan Transformasi Digital
Village development is fundamental to improving community welfare and reducing regional disparities. This study analyzes village development planning in Indonesia using a systematic literature review approach on recent studies. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of village development planning is influenced by community participation, institutional capacity, and technological integration. However, community participation faces limited understanding and ineffective deliberation mechanisms. Weak institutional capacity at the village level also hinders the implementation of development programs, highlighting the need to strengthen governance systems and ensure transparency in village fund management. Moreover, the utilization of technology in village development planning remains suboptimal, despite its potential to enhance planning efficiency and program monitoring. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to village development planning by integrating social, economic, and technological aspects to create a more adaptive and sustainable development model. The findings contribute to policymakers in formulating more inclusive and locally driven village development strategies. Furthermore, this study serves as a reference for future research in developing a more responsive village development planning model that addresses social and economic challenges in Indonesia
