    RANCANG BANGUN SUCTION PUMP DENGAN 2 TABUNG DAN PENGATURAN TEKANAN BERBASIS PWM ARDUINO

    Suction is used in the medical field to take or drain fluids out of the body. Professional use of suction can be used to remove or reduce blood in the operated area to allow the surgeon to see and work on that area. Suction is also used to remove blood that is already in the skull after intracranial bleeding. Most of the suction devices used still have a simple appearance or still have a manometer, which means that the suction pressure on the suction cannot be adjusted automatically. Therefore, the aim of this research is to design a suction pump with motor speed using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The method for making this tool uses an Atmega328 microcontroller as a controller, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as a display of pump suction speed and suction pressure, an MPX5500DP sensor as a suction pressure reader. To control the suction speed, the L298N motor driver uses a PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal with a maximum result of -178 mmHg. Testing was carried out at vacuum pressure using a DPM (Digital Pressure Meter), apart from that testing was also carried out on the circuit working system. Circuit testing is needed to find out the working principle of the circuit and the tools being made. After testing and measuring the tool, the error percentage was 0.86% for the smallest result. Meanwhile, the largest error percentage is 8.5%. The allowable correction value for the suction pump pressure parameter is ± 10% of the maximum scale of the tool setting point. So from the results of this analysis the tool is suitable for use because it is still within safe tolerance limits

    The "Prosperous Family" Multi-Business Cooperative carries out a savings and loan program with the main aim of helping its members overcome financial difficulties and improving the lives of the people in Paluh Kurau village. However, a number of problems emerged which resulted in obstacles in the operation of this prosperous family business cooperative. This research aims to (1) improve the welfare of cooperative members in Paluh Kurau village. (2) As well as providing relief to families who are less prosperous in financial terms, so that middle and lower middle class people in Paluh Kurau village can take part in the program. Because with this cooperative, the community will be helped more with financial problems that occur in a family. The research subjects we interviewed were (1) chairman (2) secretary (3) treasurer, who were located in the village of Paluh Kurau, Tanjung Perak. The data analysis technique for this research is qualitative data analysis which presents data starting from reviewing all the information collected and describing and interpreting information received from informants in the field. The results of this research show what factors cause problems in the "Keluarga Sejahtera" cooperative in running its savings and loan business, namely (1) running out of capital at the start of the cooperative's establishment (2) lack of sense of responsibility among members (3) members who are more borrowing more than saving. The strategy for resolving cooperative problems is to: (1) the management makes an agreement with cooperative members and regulations if there is indiscipline within the cooperative. (2) Resolve things wisely as a family. The conclusion that researchers got from this research is to find out what roles and problems occur in the prosperous family cooperative and how to overcome the problems that occur in the prosperous family cooperative

    The management of Hang Nadim Batam International Airport must be able to provide facilities that are appropriate for the comfort of flight service users. This is because Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport will experience an increase in the number of passenger traffic movements by 15% from 2022. This research aims to determine the effect of the availability of seating facilities in the curb area on the comfort of aviation service users at Hang Nadim International Airport Batam. This research uses a quantitative approach, a data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with criteria >17 years and over who had used the facilities in the corridor area (curb) with data analysis using the SPSS 25 system. The results of this research show that the availability of seating facilities in the lobby area has a significant positive effect on the comfort of flight service users at Batam's Hang Nadim International Airport. This is shown by the results of data acquisition with a value of tcount > ttable, namely 10.355 > 1.984

    The purpose of this study is to ascertain how travelers view Wings Air's use of paid luggage at the Hajji Hassan Aroeboesman Ende Airport. Airlines may learn a lot from passenger impressions about the use of paid luggage, including whether aspects of the current policy require further examination. At the Hajji Hassan Aroeboesman Ende Airport, the research was carried out. The study employed a quantitative survey methodology. The population of this study consisted of all Wing Air passengers at Hajji Hassan Aroeboesman Ende Airport; the sample consisted of 100 passengers who used paid luggage.  Pearson  Product  Moment  was  used  to  assess  the  validity  of  the  questionnaire  technique in obtaining the data, as well as the validity of it using Cronbach's Alpha. In order to determine the category of passenger perception, the mean value of the test variable was calculated using descriptive analytic techniques on the gathered data.  With  a  mean  score  of  3.23,  the study's  findings demonstrated   that   passengers'   perceptions of   the   Hajji   Hassan   Aroeboesman Airport's implementation  of  paid luggage were  deemed  "Pretty  Good"  by  the  participants.  A perception is considered “Quite Good” if it is sufficient and meets user expectations. On the other hand, perceptions that are Fairly Good, Very Good, and Not Good are highly valuable for airlines to maintain review by taking into consideration consumer concerns about the airline's rules so that going forward it even better

    The effectiveness of employee work in airline companies is strongly influenced by the validity of aircraft departure and arrival data. This study found that the use of Microsoft Excel alone has no significant influence on employee work effectiveness without the validity of departure and arrival data as an intervening variable. Valid data, which is data that is accurate, detailed, and has minimal errors, plays a key role in improving employee work effectiveness. The use of Microsoft Excel becomes significant in improving work effectiveness only when the validity of departure and arrival data is considered. This is evidenced by the results of the study showing a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and a T-test between Microsoft Excel and employee work effectiveness of 0.0448, which indicates no significance without intervening variables. However, with the validity of departure and arrival data as an intervening variable, the T-test value increases to 0.001, and the Sobel test shows a significant effect with a T-count value of 6.190 > 2.052. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.929 indicates that 92.9% of the variability in employee work effectiveness can be explained by the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Thus, the validity of aircraft departure and arrival data is an important factor in maximizing employee work effectiveness through the use of Microsoft Excel at the terminal operations center of PT Angkasa Pura II Soekarno-Hatta

    Terminal Distance Measuring Equipment (T-DME) is a type of aviation navigation equipment that helps pilots provide distance information to landing location points. This T-DME is usually installed side by side with the Landing System Instrument equipment, namely Glide-Path, in this case the T-DME has the function of providing distance information, especially to the Glide Path ground station when carrying out aircraft landing procedures. To ensure that the T-DME equipment is in normal operating condition, calibration activities need to be carried out so that the T-DME equipment remains in accordance with the provisions and parameters. In this research, a problem was found with the T-DME where the beam range was reduced during the calibration process. The method that will be used in this research is a qualitative method to support the data needed in cases of problems that occur.     Micro, small, and medium enterprises are one of the driving sectors of the nation's economy. However, this sector has experienced a significant decrease in income during the Covid-19 pandemic due to social distancing regulations, posing a threat to their survival. This necessitates SMEs to enhance their knowledge and capability in cash management to achieve cost efficiency. Social distancing regulations also demand SMEs to adapt to technology, thus they need to digitalize their businesses, including business management and marketing. This research focuses on SMEs in the creative industry sector in Yogyakarta Special Region, specifically in the culinary, fashion, and crafts businesses, which are the three largest sectors in the region. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of cash management knowledge and business digitalization on the sustainability of SMEs post-Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who met purposive sampling criteria. Hypothesis testing was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Squares (PLS). Based on the testing, it was found that cash management does not influence business sustainability, while business digitalization has a significant impact on SME sustainability

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of service quality, price, and product taste on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at 3 Resto in Kemuning. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The population of this study were people in the Central Java region, male and female, who had visited Resto Bali Ndeso, Mbak Ning, and Ndoro Donker. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probabilitay with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 104 respondents. The data collection method in this study used an online questionnaire. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and structural equation model (SEM) analysis with smart partial least square (PLS). The results of this study are service quality, price and taste have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction, service quality and taste have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Price has no effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction plays a role in mediating service quality, price, taste to loyalty

    Technological developments in the digital era have increased. This is a challenge for all business sectors. The emergence of information systems for preparing company financial reports is one of the technological advances. To manage company financial reporting, many cloud-based accounting software and information systems have emerged. Ngalup Collaborative Network manages its financial reporting using Jurnal.Id which provides a number of features to help record accounting and prepare business financial reports more effectively and on time. Jurnal.Id is easy to access at any time using the internet network without needing to be installed on the user's computer or laptop. This research analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing online accounting software in the operational activities of the Ngalup Collaborative Network in improving financial reporting performance. In its application, Jurnal.Id has been able to assist the accounting section of the Ngalup Collaborative Network in carrying out accounting recording work and preparing financial reports accurately and on time for stakeholder needs

    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Gojek Wilayah Jakarta

    This study aims to elucidate the relationships and impacts between independent and dependent variables within the context of online transportation services, which have gained significant relevance in the digital age. The independent variables examined are service quality and price, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction with Gojek in Jakarta. The study population and sample consist of 96 Gojek users from Jakarta, selected through non-probability sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Sample criteria included Gojek service users residing in Jakarta, aged 17 or older, and who have utilized Gojek services in the past month. Data were gathered via questionnaire distribution and analyzed employing linear regression analysis. This study tested three hypotheses: (1) Service quality affects Gojek customer satisfaction in Jakarta; (2) Price influences Gojek customer satisfaction in Jakarta; (3) Both service quality and price together impact Gojek customer satisfaction in Jakarta. Findings reveal that both independent variables exert a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both individually and collectively. The study concludes that enhancements in service quality and appropriate pricing strategies can improve customer satisfaction. The implications of these findings suggest that Gojek management should continue to prioritize improvements in service quality and pricing strategies to sustain and augment customer satisfaction in Jakarta
