    Indonesia implements a presidential system of government which gives the president a lot of power to create a stable government. Prerogative rights are privileges that are owned by the head of government or head of state without any intervention from any party. The institutionalization of the president's prerogative to appoint and dismiss ministers in the cabinet is a consequence of the president's political position as the head of the highest government which is independent and independent from the intervention of parliament, political parties or other political institutions.     Traditional ceremonies Longkangan is a form of sea alms activity that is routinely carried out every year by the people of Munjungan, Trenggalek, East Java. This traditional tradition, which is rich in social, cultural and spiritual meaning, aims to express gratitude to the ancestors of the Munjungan area for the marine products provided to the community as well as a request for protection and safety for the fishermen. This research aims to reveal the value of wisdom in traditional ceremony traditions Longkangan coastal communities. This approach uses qualitative research methods with ethnographic studies. Ethnographic studies aim to explore the value of local wisdom stored in traditional traditionsLongkangan in the Munjungan coastal community. Data collection techniques consist of: observation, interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results highlight changes in meaning, the influence of modernization, values such as togetherness, dependence on marine resources, as well as the implications of traditional rituals Longkangan in strengthening the identity and cultural sustainability of the Munjungan coastal community. It is hoped that traditional ceremonies will be held Longkangan has a strong impact on the value of local wisdom in the Munjungan coastal community

    Analysis of Factors that Influence the Success of Home Visit Services for Students Who Have Learning Difficulties at Madrasah Aliyah Kulon Progo

    This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of home visit services for students with learning difficulties at Madrasah Aliyah Kulon Progo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type. The subjects of this research included Guidance & Counseling teachers, the madrasa principal, parents, students, and homeroom teachers. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity test used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that internal factors had identified problems and sources of issues, had pedagogical competence to distinguish student characteristics, professionally used educational learning principles, personally displayed student potential, were socially non-discriminatory, and carried out home visits according to service stages. Meanwhile, external policy factors supported home visits and implemented intensive cooperation, did not provide vehicle inventory from the madrasa, there was parental participation, and the environment was safe. They openly expressed and detected problems by seeing student activity

    This study describes the leadership value in the character of Abah in the novel Keluarga Cemara 2 by Arswendo Atmowiloto. The method used in this study is hermeneutics with the theory used being the theory of the leadership value of the prophet Muhammad and the theory of Yunahar Ilyas. The data of this research is in the form of words and actions as well as quotes related to the leadership value of Abah figures. The data source was obtained from the novel Keluarga Cemara 2 by Arswendo Atmowiloto. The results obtained from this study show that the leadership value of the Abah character in the novel has four traits in accordance with the leadership value theory, namely As-Shidqu, Al-Amanah, At-Tabligh, and Al-Fathonah. The leadership value of As-Shidqu in the figure of Abah was found in 2 data, the leadership value of Al-amanah in the figure of Abah was found in 4 data, the leadership value of At-tabligh in the figure of Abah was found in 2 data, and the leadership value of Al-Fathonah in the figure of Abah was found in 3 data

    Examining Civic Education: A Comparative Perspective of Indonesian and Malaysian Multiculturalism

    This research focuses on comparing citizenship education from the perspective of multiculturalism in Indonesia and Malaysia. The aims of this research are to (1) Understand citizenship education from a multicultural perspective in Indonesia, (2) Understand citizenship education from a multicultural perspective in Malaysia, (3) Analyze the comparison of citizenship education from a multicultural perspective in Indonesia. The results of the research show that citizenship education with a multicultural perspective in Indonesia is different from that in Malaysia. Citizenship education in Indonesia is called Pancasila Education, while in Malaysia it is called Civic Education. Citizenship education has demonstrated the existence of a multiculturalism perspective in the Learning Outcomes and Indicators provided in the material.

    Children are often viewed as naïve figures having no political interest that therefore they are used to represent minority groups in Indonesian movies. Denias Senandung di Atas Awan is one of the films telling about the life of Papuan boys living in mountainous area close to nature. Along with its exoticized scenic pictures and traditional folks, this movie serves the struggle of those children in getting education believed as a way to a brighter future.  Launched in Post New-Order Era, it becomes a new hope in term of bringing the peripheral ethnic into the centre of Indonesian culture through the screen, giving a chance for a wider Indonesian audience to know about Papuans. Being centralized, the representation of these children in the movies should help to meet that hope. By analyzing the multimodality of movie, this research is conducted. Aimed at exploring the operation of power in Indonesian ethnic-relation context, this article dismantles that through the analysis on the intersection of their identities of ethnicity, class and age, the Papuan boys’ portrayals confirm that they become subject of asymmetric power relation in Indonesian centre-periphery construction. They are brought to the centre but racialized and not more than being a power display of the centre. In relation with the nation interest on uniting its people and geography, the Papuan boys become the subject of the nation project preparing them as ideal citizens formed in their school and family. Resistance exists but the process eventually keeps bringing these children into the position of conforming this nation interest

The research method used is descriptive analytical with the type of normative legal research, and there are several data collection methods used are literature studies and field research, syndicated financing is financing carried out by Islamic banks in collaboration with other banks, both fellow Islamic banks and with conventional banks. This collaboration is needed to provide financing for a large project owned by the debtor which otherwise cannot be done by 1 bank alone. not only that, related to securities, therefore it is necessary to do financing simultaneously, Syndicated Financing has been carried out by BSI for a long time, many national-scale development projects are financed by BSI in syndication, as the legal basis is to make an agreement or contract.     The purpose of this research is to investigate the strategy of transformational leadership and strategic deviation with organizational resilience, taking into account the moderation of trust in leadership decisions among the managers of food manufacturing companies located in the industrial towns of Alborz province. The research method is descriptive-survey, practical in terms of purpose, and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of this research is the production units active in the food industry located in the industrial towns of Alborz province, in the number of 100 industrial units, and the managers of these units are the representatives of the society. The sampling method at the organization level is enumeration; That is, all the managers in the active food industries located in the industrial towns of Alborz province are considered. At the individual level, sampling was done purposefully; This means that in each industrial unit, 2 active managers in planning and planning, strategic planning, research and development units and with relevant education in the field of management and strategic planning were selected and the number of volumes The sample is 200 people. To measure the validity of the questionnaires using the content method and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated, and the total Cronbach's alpha value was estimated to be 0.845. To check the normality of the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and all these analyzes were performed using SPSS 24 and Smart PLS software. The results of the research showed that the transformational leadership strategy and strategic deviation have a significant relationship with organizational resilience and moderation of trust in leadership decisions. The hypothesis test in this research showed that transformational leadership strategy and strategic deviation have a significant relationship with organizational resilience. And all research hypotheses were confirmed

    Increasingly advanced technology provides its own advantages for some people who are able to control it. Technology developing in the era of society 5.0 from an Islamic perspective can actually be a threat if you cannot control it. Indonesia is a country with great potential in the agricultural, livestock and fisheries sectors. The livestock sector plays an important role in Indonesia's economic development. One of the achievements of the livestock sector is to obtain from meat a rich source of protein for humans. The magnitude of creative technological progress regarding animal slaughter methods, especially if it is believed to be proven halal. The study in this paper is very important, namely the big influence on advanced methods in the era of society 5.0. Will he admit that animal slaughtering is halal even though it uses robots? Empirical normative research is obtained from a lot of direct information through several existences and obstacles to the progress of animal slaughtering equipment in the competitive industry of the era of society 5.0. The results obtained in this study were that if robots were to carry out the slaughtering of animals, it would be highly doubtful whether the animal meat was halal. The regulations are controlled by half the human staff as implementers. The obstacle obtained is the demonstration of each cut quickly with a robot. Islamic law must be prioritized, especially in the food sector. The implementation of obtaining halal quality meat will be achieved without having to use petrification robots in the era of society 5.0. There is a need for government supervision and an MUI fatwa to firmly confirm the explanation of technology that will enter the era of society 5.0

    A Literature Review Regarding the Position of Adversity Quotient in Mathematics Learning

    The adversity quotient is the ability of the student to control themselves when facing problems and how the student can find a solution to the problems encountered to get out of difficulties. This research is a literature review that focuses on the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning. This study reviewed 24 articles from Scopus, ERIC, and Science Direct. The research review of the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning in this study explores three aspects including 1) the type of research used, 2) the research subject used, and 3) the position of adversity quotient in the learning of mathematics. Research on the position of adversity quotient in mathematical learning shows that 1) research with quantitative and qualitative types are the most common research types, 2) students on the junior high school bench become research subjects that dominate, 3) the position of adversity quotient in students' cognitive abilities is very much like critical thinking, learning outcomes and others however, based on the results of the review, cognitive abilities are dominated by students' ability to solve mathematical problems
