    The purpose of this Investment Policy Statement (“IPS”) is to establish guidelines for the ongoing oversight and management of Campbell University’s Managed Funds (the “Fund”), focusing on areas that most influence investment returns and risks. The Funds are operated for the benefit of the university and its communities of interest and include both endowed and non-endowed funds. This IPS incorporates accountability standards that will be used for monitoring the Fund’s investment program and evaluating the contributions of the Discretionary Investment Adviser (the “Adviser”)

The University supports campus-based activities and programs that enhance the individual capacity of faculty, staff, and students to fulfill their rights.
