Aproximación Teórica de la Concepción del Gerente Agrícola: Una Visión Transcompleja (Zona del Páramo, Mérida)

This article has been prepared with the intention of conducting a theoretical investigation of the behavior of the agricultural manager in the area of ​​the Mérida wasteland. The Venezuelan agricultural sector has changed in recent years, therefore, it needs a good manager to face these changes. As a general objective, it is intended to analyze a theoretical approach of the agricultural manager from a hermeneutical approach, a trans-complex theory, and the specific objective is to analyze the theoretical philosophical foundations under a hermeneutical approach to improve the quality of the agricultural manager by applying a subjective epistemic model, and discover the style of thinking of the agricultural manager to improve his functions. The research is documentary under a qualitative approach, using a hermeneutical methodology for its development. Review and analysis of historical, research, and theoretical background. Finally, the results obtained and conclusions are analyzed determining the quality of the agricultural manager.El presente artículo ha sido elaborado con la intención de realizar una investigación teórica del comportamiento del gerente agrícola en la zona del páramo de Mérida. El sector agrícola venezolano, ha cambiado en los últimos años, por lo tanto, necesita de un buen gerente para afrontar estos cambios. Como objetivo general, se pretende analizar una aproximación teórica del gerente agrícola desde un enfoque hermenéutico, una teoría transcompleja, y el objetivo específico es analizar los fundamentos teóricos filosóficos bajo un enfoque hermenéutico para mejorar la calidad del gerente agrícola aplicando un modelo epistémico subjetivo, y descubrir el estilo del pensamiento del gerente agrícola para mejorar sus funciones. La investigación es documental bajo un enfoque cualitativo, empleando para su desarrollo una metodología hermenéutica. Without a doubt, the Smartphone has become an object of great value for young people, who are the most likely to be influenced by its use and attractiveness. They define it as an extension of their body, a fundamental part of their lives that keeps them busy much of the day and night, spending long hours connected to the Device, therefore, its excessive use generates a series of inconveniences, in family, social, academic and health.El presente ensayo tiene como objetivo analizar desde una mirada crítica los inconvenientes o efectos asociados al uso y abuso de los teléfonos inteligentes por pate de los jóvenes estudiantes de secundaria. Los estudios de pertinencia desde referentes contextuales: Experiencia desde una maestría en Educación Inclusiva

Relevance and prospective studies are considered totally necessary in the design processes of university careers and postgraduate programs, which must take into account theoretical and contextual references on the area of ​​knowledge for which the proposal is made. The objective of this work is to present the relevance assessment carried out for the Master's degree in Inclusive Education of the National University of Education of Ecuador, at first the analysis of the regulations that supported the proposal and in a second moment a contextual analysis, to the one that selected a sample that responded to the criterion of identifying the knowledge that professionals had about inclusive education, information about the need for professional improvement in this field of knowledge, the expectations of greater employment opportunities and professional development from the master's degree, this information was collected through surveys and discussion groups, which allowed to identify the demands of the teaching staff, the desired curricular design, the competences that should be formed with the instrumentation of the master's program and the profile of the graduates of said program.Los estudios de pertinencia y prospectiva se consideran totalmente necesarios en los procesos de diseño de carreras universitarias y programas de postgrados, los que deben tomar en cuenta referentes teóricos y contextuales sobre el área del saber para el que se haga la propuesta. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar la evaluación de pertinencia realizada para la maestría en Educación Inclusiva de la Universidad Nacional de Educación de Ecuador, en un primer momento el análisis de las normativas que respaldaban la propuesta y en un segundo momento un análisis contextual, para el que se seleccionó una muestra que respondía al criterio de identificar el conocimiento que tenían los profesionales acerca de la educación inclusiva, la información sobre la necesidad de superación profesional en este campo del saber, las expectativas de mayores oportunidades de empleo y desarrollo profesional a partir de la maestría, esta información se recopiló a  través de encuestas y grupos de discusión, lo que permitió identificar las demandas del profesorado, el diseño curricular deseado, las competencias que se debían formar con la instrumentación del programa de maestría y el perfil de los egresados de dicha programa

Valores éticos y emociones desde el desarrollo de metodologías activas en la formación docente

The development of active methodologies has been the object of theoretical and practical analysis in this proposal, as the need for students to be the main protagonists of the teaching-learning process, ceasing to be knowledge recipients to become active producers of new knowledge. It has been found that these, by themselves, do not achieve the desired impact if the relationship between ethical values ​​- emotions is not undertaken, this first experience being collected in the book: Education, ethics and values. Another look from the educational practice, published in 2018. Therefore, the objective of this research was to demonstrate from similar contexts and periods the similar results that were achieved in the learning of teachers from this relationship. A participant observation methodology was used from the polarity criteria of the semantic differential tables to evaluate emotional states from a participatory action research design. The analogous results obtained from evaluations organized in three different periods and contexts, allowed us to arrive at a pedagogical principle, which favors ethical values, thus demonstrating the impact and priority that emotions have, in the development of learning and the promotion of the values ​​in the subjects.El desarrollo de las metodologías activas ha sido objeto de análisis teórico y práctico en esta propuesta, como necesidad de que sean los estudiantes los principales protagonistas del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, dejando de ser receptores de conocimientos para convertirse en activos productores de nuevos saberes. Se ha constatado que estas, por sí solas, no logran el impacto deseado si no se emprende la relación valores éticos - emociones, siendo recogida esta primera experiencia en el libro: Educación, ética y valores. Otra mirada desde la práctica educativa, publicado en el año 2018. Por ende, el objetivo de esta investigación fue demostrar desde contextos y períodos diferentes los resultados similares que se alcanzaron en el aprendizaje de los docentes desde esta relación. Se utilizó una metodología de observación participante desde los criterios de polaridad de las tablas de diferencial semántico para evaluar estados emocionales desde un diseño de investigación acción participativa. Los resultados análogos alcanzados a partir de evaluaciones organizadas en tres períodos y contextos diferentes, permitieron arribar a un principio pedagógico, que favorece valores éticos, demostrando así, la repercusión y prioridad que tienen las emociones, en el desarrollo de los aprendizajes y el fomento de los valores en los sujetos

Proyectos comunitarios: Una experiencia didáctica en Formación Comunitaria

The purpose of this article is to present the results of a Participatory Action Research whose objective was to develop a Community Training Program through which participants learned to carry out Community Projects. Aimed at members of the Los Naranjos Neighborhood Community Council in the Municipality of Valencia, Carabobo state, Venezuela. Based on Maslow's Theory of Needs. For its execution, a dichotomous instrument was applied in order to diagnose the needs and applicability of the program, structured as follows: An I Part, exploratory regarding prior knowledge of community projects. A Part II, to specify the interest of participation of those consulted in developing community projects. And a Part III, designed to determine the need to implement a community formation program. From the results obtained from the diagnosis, the need to create a training program based on satisfying the cognitive need that facilitated them to carry out their own community projects was determined. Finally, it was concluded that through community participation in project management, they can be empowered and self-manage their social development by being part of the decision-making related to public policies that compete with them.El presente artículo, tiene como propósito exponer los resultados de una Investigación Acción Participativa cuyo objetivo consistió en desarrollar un Programa de Formación Comunitaria mediante el cual los participantes aprendieran a realizar Proyectos Comunitarios. Dirigido a integrantes del Consejo Comunal del Barrio Los Naranjos en el Municipio Valencia, estado Carabobo, Venezuela. Sustentado en la Teoría de las Necesidades de Maslow. Para su ejecución se aplicó un instrumento dicotómico a fin de diagnosticar las necesidades y la aplicabilidad del programa, estructurado de la siguiente manera: Una I Parte, exploratoria en cuanto al conocimiento previo de proyectos comunitarios. Una II Parte, para precisar el interés de participación de los consultados en desarrollar proyectos comunitarios. Y una III Parte, diseñada para determinar la necesidad de implementar un programa de formación comunitaria. De los resultados obtenidos del diagnóstico se determinó la necesidad de crear un programa formativo en función de satisfacer la necesidad cognitiva que les facilitara realizar sus propios proyectos comunitarios. Finalmente se concluyó que mediante la participación comunitaria en gestión de proyectos estas pueden empoderarse y autogestionar su desarrollo social al ser parte en la toma de decisiones relacionadas a políticas públicas que les competan

Comportamiento Mediático y Estrategias de aprendizaje informales en adolescentes ecuatorianos

This research investigates the media behavior of young Ecuadorians between 9 and 16 years old in their daily reality interacting with various digital media, in order to identify their informal learning strategies. For this investigation, a smaller and short-term ethnographic study was followed. The results demonstrated the use that young people make, moves towards the use of videos, as tutorials, to learn and also for fun, the use of social networks for informational purposes, and the culture of participation in social media It reflects the reality and context in which they develop. The profiles of young people in changing contexts are described and evidence of the previously identified competencies, of which they are representative as part of informal strategies and the ability to self-regulate media consumption, ability to search for sources of information, ability to self-manage resources and time, ability to use transmedia resources, ability to analyze multimedia content, and use offline resources. This study is part of a transnational project whose objective is the observation of youth practices in relation to participatory culture.La presente investigación indaga sobre el comportamiento mediático de jóvenes ecuatorianos entre 9 y 16 años en su realidad cotidiana interactuando con diversos medios digitales, con el fin de identificar sus estrategias de aprendizaje informal. Para esta investigación, se siguió un estudio etnográfico en menor escala y de corto tiempo. Los resultados demostraron el uso que hacen los jóvenes, se traslada hacia la utilización de videos, como tutoriales, para aprender y también para la diversión, el uso de las redes sociales con propósitos en ocasiones informativos, y la cultura de participación en los medios sociales que refleja la realidad y el contexto en el que se desarrollan. Se describen los perfiles de jóvenes en contextos cambiantes y evidencian las competencias identificadas previamente, de las que son representativas como parte de las estrategias informales y la capacidad para autorregular el consumo mediático, capacidad para buscar fuentes de información, capacidad para autogestionar los recursos y el tiempo, capacidad para usar recursos transmedia, capacidad para analizar contenido multimedia, y utilizar recursos offline. Consecuencias del consumo de drogas en las Funciones Ejecutivas en adolescentes y jóvenes adultos

The prolonged use of different types of drugs results in, among some, the deterioration of various cognitive capacities, among which the Executive Functions stand out for their clinical importance. These neuropsychological functions are considered as those that allow the human being to foresee, organize information, reason, generate goals and plans, inhibit behaviors, among others, to build both cognitive, behavioral and emotional strategies necessary to solve problems. The main objective of this article is to find out about the executive abilities altered due to drug consumption in people who attend the Intensive Outpatient Area of ​​the Health Center of the city of Latacunga, Ecuador. A descriptive quantitative methodology was used, with a sample of 20 people. The applied psychometric instrument was the Neuropsychological Battery of Executive Functions and Frontal Lobes (BANFE-1). Within the results, 50% of individuals presented severe alteration in the global functioning of executive functions. Specifically, 40% of these evidenced severe alteration of the dorsolateral cortex, where the executive skills that were affected by drug use are: inhibitory control, cognitive flexibility, working or working memory, impulse control or self-control, planning and organization sequential.El consumo prolongado de diferentes tipos de drogas trae como consecuencia, entre algunas, el deterioro de diversas capacidades cognitivas, entre las que resaltan por su importancia clínica, las Funciones Ejecutivas. Estas funciones neuropsicológicas son consideradas como aquellas que permiten al ser humano prever, organizar información, razonar, generar metas y planes, inhibir conductas, entre otras, para construir estrategias tanto cognitivas, conductuales y emocionales necesarias para resolver problemas. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal conocer las habilidades ejecutivas alteradas debido al consumo de drogas en las personas que asisten al Área Ambulatorio Intensiva del Centro de Salud de ciudad de la Latacunga, Ecuador. Se empleó una metodología cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo, con una muestra de 20 personas. El instrumento psicométrico aplicado fue la Batería Neuropsicológica de Funciones Ejecutivas y Lóbulos Frontales (BANFE-1). Dentro de los resultados, el 50% de individuos presentó alteración severa en el funcionamiento global de las funciones ejecutivas. Específicamente, el 40% de estos, evidenciaron alteración severa del córtex dorsolateral, donde las habilidades ejecutivas que fueron afectadas por el consumo de drogas son: control inhibitorio, flexibilidad cognitiva, memoria operativa o de trabajo, control de impulsos o autocontrol, planificación y organización secuencial

Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación y su influencia en la Educación Inclusiva

21st century education demands innovation and the need to attend to the diversity of all students; bearing in mind that to achieve this, the tools that allow them to meet the objective of promoting their integral participation in the school must be considered. Thus, this is being accomplished through the use of Information and Communication Technologies, these being a means of support in which their design and planning favor the creation of training spaces for which it will be taken into account that they do not cause the opposite effect on students in greatest need at school. Authors like: Elizondo (2020); Cabero-Almenara and Ruiz-Palmero (2018); Echeita (2007); Martínez (2018); and Moriña (2004): they argue in this section the current challenges in education and the influence of technology. With the aforementioned, it is considered that educational work should be based not only on the development of skills and abilities, but also on forming a more critical and prepared citizenry with opportunities to educate and self-educate considering the importance of ICT for the development of the teaching-learning process in each of the disciplines and in the role played by the teacher, the context and the students.La educación del siglo XXI demanda de innovación y de la necesidad de atender a la diversidad de todos los estudiantes; teniendo en cuenta que para lograrlo se deben considerar las herramientas que les permitan cumplir con el objetivo de favorecer su participación integral en la escuela. Es así, que esto se está cumpliendo mediante la utilización de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, siendo estas un medio de apoyo en el cual su diseño y planificación favorecen la creación de espacios capacitantes para lo cual se tomará en cuenta que no causen un efecto contrario en los estudiantes con mayor necesidad en la escuela. Los desafíos de la inclusión en tiempos de COVID-19

The essence of this work implies knowing the challenge of inclusive education, in the face of the unexpected social upheaval that definitely affected the entire world, even more so the vulnerable population of the educational system. The interaction of students with the learning environment strengthens knowledge and strengthens the educational process as proposed by Canabal and Margalef (2017). But what happens in the days of COVID-19? The use of ICTs during this time has been of great importance, since it has allowed education to be transformed in its entirety; However, the digital divide has been the greatest challenge for students to obtain significant learning according to Gómez, Alvarado, Martínez and Díaz (2018): thus, inclusive education is affected since, socioeconomic conditions and technological facilities are not the same in all contexts, thus Torres and Cobo (2017): state that educational technology is in charge of the teaching-learning process at through the use of ICT; however, in the face of these conditions in which we are currently experiencing, technologies are conceived as one more barrier that limits student learning.La esencia del presente trabajo implica conocer el desafío de la educación inclusiva, ante la inesperada conmoción social que definitivamente afectó al mundo entero, más aún a la población vulnerable del sistema educativo. La interacción de los alumnos con el entorno de aprendizaje afianza conocimientos y fortalece el proceso educativo como proponen Canabal y Margalef (2017). Pero ¿qué sucede en tiempos de COVID-19? El uso de las TIC en el transcurso de este tiempo ha sido de gran importancia, puesto que ha permitido, que la educación se transforme en su totalidad; sin embargo, la brecha digital ha sido el mayor desafío para que los estudiantes obtengan aprendizajes significativos según Gómez, Alvarado, Martínez y Díaz (2018): así pues, la educación inclusiva se ve afectada ya que, las condiciones socioeconómicas y las facilidades tecnológicas no en todos los contextos es igual, de esa manera Torres y Cobo (2017): manifiestan que, la tecnología educativa se encarga del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje a través del uso de las TIC; sin embargo, frente a estas condiciones en las que actualmente estamos pasando, las tecnologías son concebidas como una barrera más que limita el aprendizaje de los alumnos
