Analisis Tingkat Loyalitas Konsumen Generasi Z terhadap Marketplace di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode NPS (Net Promoter Score)
Research on consumer loyalty, especially in generation Z, is the last interesting research both in Indonesia and other countries. Loyalty is an important part of the company because it becomes a positive and very profitable behavior for the company. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of consumer loyalty to generation Z in Indonesia. The object of the study took seven marketplace sites that are often used by generation Z in Indonesia. The marketplaces are (1) Shopee, (2) Lazada, (3) Tokopedia, (4) Zalora, (5) Bukalapak, (6) Blibli.com, and (7) Instagram. The method used to measure the level of consumer loyalty is NPS (Net Promoter Score). Surveys use random sampling. A total of 153 respondents gave answers using google forms. The results showed that there were only 2 marketplaces that were included in the loyal category, namely Shopee, and Tokopedia, while the rest, namely Lazada, Zalora, Bukalapak, Blibli.com, and Instagram, were included in the non-loyal category
Conversion of CO2 to Formic Acid Using a Solid-State Electrolyte Device at Different Voltages
A potential environmentally beneficial method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is the electrochemical conversion of CO2 to useful products like formic acid. However, a number of challenges must be addressed in order to synthesize formic acid at high concentrations. One of them is the generation of formate mixtures in conventional liquid reactors, which requires extensive purification processes to generate pure formic acid. A three-compartment reactor that introduces a solid-state electrolyte (SSE) between the anode and cathode has been developed to solve this issue. Numerous factors, such as the flow rates at which liquid and gas are utilized, have an impact on the reactor\u27s performance. In this investigation, pure CO2 gas was used with flow rates of 0.05 to 0.15 lpm entering the anode and 0.035–0.095 lpm of deionized water (DI) entering the cathode compartment at different voltages (2,98 V and 4,42 V). The results of this study demonstrate that a higher CO2 gas flow rate increased Faraday Efficiency (FE), as did the rise in DI flow rate. Furthermore, the inclination of HCOOH concentration was related to the increasing CO2 flowrate, but it declined along with the rise of DI flow rate. This trend was similar for the two voltages used in this experiment, but the reactor’s performance at 4,42 V was slightly better than its performance at 2,98 V. The highest formic acid concentration that could be produced in this experiment was 3.3% with a CO2 gas flow rate of 0.15 lpm and a DI water flow rate of 0.035 lpm
ANALYSIS OF RIVER POLLUTION LEVEL DUE TO TOFU INDUSTRY WASTE USING THE POLLUTION INDEX METHOD IN BATURETNO VILLAGE, BANTUL
Currently, the industrial sector in Indonesia is increasingly growing and diversifying, resulting in various industries contributing significantly to the discharge of liquid waste into rivers. The liquid waste from tofu production contains high levels of organic substances such as COD and BOD. The tofu industry in Karangturi Padukuhan, Baturetno Village, Bantul, Yogyakarta, produces wastewater of 6000 liters per day. This wastewater is directly discharged into the river streams without any prior treatment, which can harm the aquatic life in the river and disrupt the river\u27s water quality. The study aims to analyze the river water quality impacted by tofu waste using the pollution index method and to assess the compliance of the wastewater with water quality standards. The research methodology includes quantitative and qualitative methods, involving data collection through literature sources and the measurement of physical and chemical parameters by laboratory testing. The study indicates that the wastewater produced by the tofu factory exceeds the water quality standards for the river flowing. Based on the pollution index (IPj) method, the river flowing through Karangturi Padukuhan, Baturetno Village, Bantul, experiences mild pollution, which IPj value have varied from 0,95 – 4,49 at point A, and 6,89 – 7,35 at point B
Hubungan Budaya Kerja Dengan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai
Budaya kerja berkaitan erat dengan pemberdayaan pegawai di suatu organisasi. Semakin kuat budaya kerja, maka semakin besar dorongan pegawai untuk maju dan berprestasi bersama dengan organisasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pengenalan, penciptaan, dan pengembangan budaya kerja dalam suatu organisasi mutlak diperlukan dalam rangka membangun organisasi yang efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan visi dan misi yang hendak dicapai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik sampling nonprobabilitas jenis purposive sampling untuk menentukan informan yang relevan dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Hubungan Budaya Kerja Dengan Prestasi Kerja di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dengan faktor-faktor budaya kerja yang mempengaruhi prestasi kerja di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara
Tinjauan Yuridis tentang Penetapan Sebagai Saksi Pelaku yang Bekerja Sama (Justice Collaborator) pada Kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi di Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to analyze the laws and regulations governing the legal position and role of justice collaborators, especially regarding the criteria for a person to be designated as a justice collaborator and what is the limit of legal reduction for a justice collaborator. This research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive and analytical, using a legislative approach related to the role and position of justice collaborators in corruption crimes. Data is obtained through document studies and analyzed using qualitative normative methods.Based on the results of the research, it is known that the determination of a person to be able to serve as a Justice Collaborator has not been expressly regulated in the Criminal Code or laws and regulations governing corruption crimes and there are no rules governing the amount of sentence reduction that can be received by a justice collaborator. The suggestion of this research is the need for a special regulation on justice collaborators which regulates the determination as a cooperating whistleblower (justice collaborator), especially about the definition of “Main Perpetrator” and the need for a clear determination of the amount of sentence reduction that can be given to a justice collaborator as a guideline for law enforcers in determining a person as a justice collaborator in a corruption case
Analisis Potensi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) di Gedung Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Temanggung
The government has targeted a 23% increase in the use of renewable energy by 2025. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) in Indonesia has taken steps to achieve this goal by issuing Circular Letter No. 363/22/MEM.L/2019, urging the installation of rooftop solar power systems (PLTS) on buildings. In response to this directive, the office of the regent of Temanggung Regency has been designated for the installation of rooftop PLTS. To ensure the proper implementation of the PLTS installation, calculations were made to assess the potential, including observing the geographical location of the building, its condition, rainfall and climate intensity, as well as solar radiation intensity. The installation of the grid-connected PLTS took place at the main building of the regent\u27s office in Temanggung. Simulations were conducted using PVSyst 7.2.6 software, resulting in an annual electricity potential of 3795 kWh. The solar panel modules used were mono 250 Wp 60 cell Bifacial models, totaling 11 units with a 30° elevation angle. The highest electricity potential occurs in July, with an array output of 449 kWh
Uji Performansi Mesin Pengisi Bumbu Pasta Semi Otomatis untuk Bubur Pedas Instan
The main problem faced by the instant bubur pedas business unit is the filling of pasta seasoning in the packaging. The packaging of seasoning paste is currently done manually by putting the seasoning paste into the plastic packaging using a spoon. The weakness of the manual filling technique was that it has a small filling capacity and needs to be more practical and hygienic. Through this research, an effort was made to overcome these problems by creating a semi-automatic pasta seasoning filling system. This research aims to conduct performance tests on a semi-automatic pasta seasoning filling machine for instant bubur pedas and analyze the relationship between the rotation of the stepper motor and the mass of pasta seasoning coming out of the filling machine. The performance test carried out on the machine is in the form of an analysis of packaging time and packaging capacity. The independent variable was the number of stepper motor revolutions, ranging from 1 to 20. Based on the performance test results, the highest packaging capacity was obtained at 208 packs/hour in the treatment of stepper motor rotation one time, with the number of spices released at 3.29 grams. Increasing the mass of packaged spices requires more stepper motor revolutions, increasing the time needed for each packaging cycle. The stepper motor rotation and the mass of seasoning paste coming out of the filling machine show a consistent linear relationship with a coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.9983. These results show that this machine can maintain the consistency of the mass of seasoning released per stepper motor rotation.

Rancang Bangun Pembersih Filter Oli Turbin Uap Unit 015-T05 A
The oil filter plays a very important role in the lubrication system, where the oil filter functions as the main filter for the lubrication system. Companies that operate in the energy conversion sector use machines that operate 24 hours to produce their products. The steam turbine engine is a very influential tool. Where this tool is the driver of the pumps that distribute pressurized liquid fluid from the medium pressure process to high pressure. However, this machine has a problem, namely the engine\u27s lubrication system is less than optimal, which is caused by manually cleaning the oil filter. The manual oil cleaning process apparently did not comply with the recommendations in the filter manufacturer\u27s manual. Based on these problems, researchers created a design for a steam turbine unit 015-T05 A oil filter cleaner with a backwash system aimed at simplifying the oil filter cleaning process. The method used in the design of this tool is the process of basic design concepts, calculating the nozzle used, and producing the design results. Based on this method, the research produces a design that is in accordance with the specified design design. This tool was tested using three variations of cleaning fluid, namely Pertamax, thinner and methanol. Testing this tool also uses gas fluid output from the compressor with variations of 4 bar and 6.2 bar. In conclusion, this tool is able to clean the oil filter optimally, with a cleaning pressure of 6.2 bar, this tool is able to increase the cleanliness indicator of a dirty oil filter. As a result, the oil filter that was cleaned with Pertamax gasoline obtained a cleanliness value of 5.8 bar, the most optimal indicator, and was able to increase the filter\u27s performance time by 720 hours
HUBUNGAN ANTARA HARGA DIRI DENGAN KEBERMAKNAAN HIDUP PADA USIA LANJUT USIA DI PANTI SOSIAL X SLEMAN YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT
This study discussed the relationship between self-esteem and meaningfulness of life in elderly residents living in nursing home X in Sleman Yogyakarta. The number of residents of the nursing home is 113 elderly, of which 100 elderly are regular program participants and the remaining 13 are cross-subsidy program participants. The research sample was 50 elderly (25 women and 25 men), with characteristics of age 60-70 years, healthy physical condition, and able to communicate. The hypothesis of this study is proven, namely the higher the self-confidence of an elderly person, the higher the meaningfulness of his life with rxy = 0.434 with (p) = 0.002 (p <0.01).

Modified Rainwater Harvesting Design to Prevent the Breeding of Aedes aegypti Mosquitoes
Clean water is a basic need for every human being, aligning with the sixth goal of Sustainable Development, which ensures that all communities have access to clean water. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Pelita Hati in Sumber, Kramat, Kranggan, Temanggung Regency, needs 920 liters of clean water per day. Still, during the dry season, the need for clean water is not met. One solution is to utilize a rainwater harvesting (RWH) system, but it leads to mosquito breeding, especially Aedes aegypti. A simple prototype modified RWH by integrating it with the Prevent Aedes Pump (PAP) technology with an internal aquarium filter pump was designed to prevent mosquito breeding. The observation was conducted for 10 days, and the results showed that installing the internal filter pump reduced the number of Aedes aegypti larvae from 4 to 0. The system also reduced the levels of dissolved iron from 0.2 mg/L to 0.02 mg/L and coliform bacteria from 560 MPN/100 ml to 15 MPN/100 ml
