Kepemimpinan Kiai dalam Manajemen Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren
This study aims to reveal the role of kiai as a central figure in leadership and management of education in Islamic boarding schools, as well as its impact on the integration of Islamic values ??in the education system at SMAS Al-Hikmah 2 Sirampog Brebes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation to explore the dynamics of leadership and management of Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study indicate that kiai play a dominant role in strategic decision-making and the development of the school's vision and mission. Although the principal is responsible for administration, long-term policies still depend on the direction of the kiai. The kiai also succeeded in integrating Islamic values ??into school activities, such as congregational prayer and religious studies, which support the formation of student character. However, there is tension between the flexible tradition of Islamic boarding schools and more structured and modern managerial demands. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of charismatic and spiritual leadership models in Islamic boarding schools, as well as practical contributions for education managers in developing a managerial system that accommodates spiritual values ??and Islamic boarding school traditions, but still prioritizes efficiency and professionalism
Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Pada Madrasah Ibtidiyah
This article focuses on the implementation of cooperative learning models in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, particularly in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak. The research is field research because the data produced consists of written or spoken words from objects and observable behaviour. Qualitative research examines the perspectives of participants using multiple interactive strategies, such as direct observation, participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documents, and complementary techniques, such as photographs, recordings, and others. The results of the study show that: The application of the cooperative learning model using the STAD and Jigsaw techniques produces cooperative learning that can increase student learning activity, cooperative learning fosters self-confidence in students, cooperative learning can foster a character of mutual respect, and cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of research on the advantages and disadvantages of the Cooperative Learning Model in Aqidah Akhlak subjects, the advantages are that students are more motivated to learn and respond very actively, while the disadvantage of implementing the cooperative learning model is the lack or low level of student motivation to learn
Manajemen Promosi Pesantren Berbasis Santri
This study aims to explore the promotional management strategies of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) based on active student (santri) involvement at Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. In the face of globalization and increasing competition among Islamic educational institutions, pesantren are expected to maintain their relevance not only through curriculum excellence and graduate character but also through strategic public image development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators, active students, and alumni representatives. The findings reveal that the pesantren's promotional efforts are implemented through four main approaches: empowering social media, deploying students for community-based preaching (dakwah), mobilizing alumni networks (particularly ISMA’U NTB), and organizing both internal and external events that are communicative and participatory. Students are positioned not only as learners but also as promotional agents who construct positive narratives about the institution. This study indicates a paradigm shift in religious institutional promotion-from conventional approaches to more contextual, participatory strategies. It offers practical contributions for pesantren to develop sustainable, student-driven promotional systems and aligns with the mandate of Law No. 18 of 2019 on Pesantren, which emphasizes pesantren’s independence and strategic role in society
Optimalisasi Pengajian Rutin Sebagai Upaya Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Banjarsari Kec. Enggano Kab. Bengkulu Utara
Regular recitation in Banjarsari Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency has a strategic role in community empowerment. UINFAS Bengkulu KKN students, Group 6 Batch 3, play an active role in optimizing the recitation activities through mentoring. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, namely an initial meeting with the recitation committee, active involvement in each recitation session, and post-recitation evaluation. The results of this mentoring method include an increase in community religious knowledge and strengthening social solidarity. The evaluation showed that the program succeeded in improving the community's religious understanding and creating stronger social ties among the recitation participants. It is hoped that this mentoring method can continue to be applied and developed to improve the quality of routine recitation in the future, as well as strengthen the role of recitation as a means of community empowerment. This routine recitation, apart from being a means of learning religion, also plays an important role in shaping the character of a more religious and empowered community. Through this activity, KKN students not only learn to apply the knowledge they have gained but also contribute significantly to the empowerment of the Banjarsari Village communit
TANTANGAN DAN MASALAH PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DENGAN METODE KOOPERATIF (COOPERATIVE LEARNING) PADA SISWA SMP NEGRI 1 SUNGKAI UTARA
Cooperative learning is a learning method that is carried out by working together between students, so that later students do not only achieve success individually or defeat each other. And the process describes the problems and challenges faced by Islamic religious education teachers in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education to students at school. The challenges and problems that arise are caused by the times, even many outside cultures that must be filtered first because they are not in accordance with the values of Islamic education. The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subject. in this study will describe how the teacher's strategy in internalizing the values of Islamic religious education to students. There are three aspects included in the values of Islamic education, namely: moral values (morals to God, morals to others and morals to oneself), belief values (faith in God and His messengers), and worship values. IMPLEMENTASI METODE PEMBELAJARAN INQUIRI BASED LEARNING PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DI SDN 1 KARANGANYAR JATI AGUNG LAMPUNG SELATAN
Metode pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien tercapai melalui pemilihan cara yang tepat. Inquiry Based Learning (IBL) adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengandalkan penggunaan video sebagai sarana untuk belajar secara mandiri. Tujuan utama dari penggunaan metode ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran sebelumnya dengan mengimplementasikan IBL. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan data utama yang diperoleh dari guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas IV SDN 1 Karanganyar dengan 23 siswa. Metode ini melibatkan enam langkah, yaitu orientasi atau pembukaan, perumusan masalah, formulasi hipotesis, pengumpulan data, menonton video pembelajaran, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil pembelajaran menggunakan metode IBL menunjukkan bahwa semua siswa di kelas IV SDN 1 Karanganyar memperoleh nilai di atas 75, dengan rata-rata nilai mencapai 83. Setelah menerapkan metode ini, tingkat keaktifan siswa di kelas meningkat secara signifikan. Siswa menjadi lebih kritis, kreatif, dan aktif dalam diskusi, baik secara individu maupun kelompok. Mereka juga menunjukkan peningkatan semangat dan rasa percaya diri dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, yang tercermin dalam pencapaian nilai yang melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) pada mata pelajaran PAI.

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning media are tools or learning resources used to facilitate the learning process in understanding Islamic values ??and teachings. PAI learning media aims to help students gain a comprehensive and contextual understanding of PAI content. The development of Islamic Religious Education learning media includes various approaches, including printed media (books, modules), audiovisual media (educational videos), and digital platforms (applications, e-learning) that are adapted to the needs and characteristics of students. By utilizing digital technology, Islamic Religious Education learning media seeks to involve students actively and critically in understanding Islam, fostering noble morals, and instilling Islamic values. This research aims to improve understanding, interest, and application of Islamic religious values ??in students. Through qualitative methods in research on Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning media, it is possible to gain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness, experiences, and perceptions of students and teachers in the PAI learning process using various media. Qualitative methods allow researchers to explore how learning media, whether technology-based, visual, or traditional, influence students' interest, understanding, and engagement in religious studies. The results of the research achieved several significant results, both in terms of understanding the material, student involvement, and internalization of religious values ??in everyday life. Implementation of Religious Programs at Al-Azhar University in Medan
This study aims to: 1) analyze the planning of religious programs at Al-Azhar Medan College, Ar-Rahman Percut Middle School. 2) Analyze the implementation of religious programs at Al-Azhar Medan College, Ar-Rahman Percut Middle School. 3) Analyze the evaluation of religious programs at Al-Azhar Medan College, Ar-Rahman Percut Middle School. This study uses a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The planning of religious programs at Ar-Rahman Percut Middle School is based on the students' need for good religious education to get them used to worship and have good morals. The religious program is compiled and developed by the LPIA Al-Azhar Medan College. (2) The implementation of the religious program at Ar-Rahman Percut Middle School is structured and routine; some religious programs are implemented daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. The Role of Local Culture in Preventing Radicalism and Intolerance through the Nyadran Tradition
This research has two main objectives, namely describing the implementation of the Nyadran tradition and analyzing its implications in preventing radicalism and intolerance in Sirkandi Village, Banjarnegara Regency. The Nyadran tradition is carried out before the month of Ramadan, precisely in the month of Sha'ban, and these activities take place in village cemeteries and local mosques. This tradition is the result of harmonious acculturation between Javanese culture and Islamic teachings. In its implementation, Nyadran involves various activities, such as visiting graves, praying together, cleaning graves, and sharing food, to strengthen social ties and maintain the values ??of togetherness in society. The implications of the Nyadran tradition are very significant, especially in maintaining social stability and preventing the emergence of radicalism and intolerance. By encouraging healthy and inclusive social interactions, Nyadran helps create a safe and harmonious environment. The Role of the Sarungan Task Force on Bullying Prevention in Santri
Bullying in Islamic boarding schools is still a serious problem that affects the mental well-being and learning comfort of students. Al-Muayyad Islamic Boarding School Surakarta formed the Sarungan Task Force (Santri Anti Bullying and Violence) to prevent and handle bullying. This study aims to analyze the role of the Sarungan Task Force in preventing and handling bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The study subjects included the Sarungan Task Force members, senior students, junior students, and Islamic boarding school administrators. Data collection techniques used participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used thematic analysis with triangulation of sources and techniques. The Sarungan Task Force reduced bullying cases from weekly reports to only two monthly reports. This program applies an educational approach through educational sanctions, counseling, mediation, and routine socialization. The most common forms of bullying are verbal and social, with a culture of seniority still visible, although in a milder form. The Sarungan Task Force has proven effective in suppressing bullying cases through a comprehensive approach that combines Islamic values ??and positive discipline.
