Rogers House was built in 1882, was remodeled in 1888, and was then sold in 1904 to William Temple and Charles Morse,trustees of Rollins College, who changed its name to the Seminole Inn. In 1912 the Inn was sold to Mr. Foley who changed its name to the Virginia Inn
