A literature search about anticipatory postural adjustments with quickly upper limb elevation in the standing

青森　立位で上肢運動を行う前や運動の最中，運動後に姿勢を保持する機構がある。その機構を姿勢制御と称する。その中で，上肢運動の動作前に姿勢が乱れることを予測して姿勢制御を行う機構を予測的姿勢制御機構（Anticipatory postural adjustments；APA）という。このような予測的機構は姿勢制御のシステムの一部を成していると考えられている。我々は現在APA に関する基礎的研究を計画中であり，立位で上肢運動を課題動作としたAPA の文献をまとめ，APA に影響を与える要因と未解決な部分について整理し，改めて問題を明らかにしたい

Evaluation of Arranged Audiovisual Materials for acquisition of Nursing Skills : Change of Self-evaluation about Learning Behavior

青森　本研究の目的は，看護技術習得のために作成した視聴覚教材の評価を，学習活動の自己評価の変化から明らかにすることである。従来教材に技術実施時の重要な要素やコツが分かる画像解説を加えた新教材を作成し，自己学習活動の変化を比較検討した。 　対象は，従来教材と新教材の両方を使用した2013 年度の１年生，新教材を使用した2014 年度の１年生の２学年である。 　調査は実技試験終了後に行われ，その内容は視聴覚教材については「予習，復習，実技試験に役立ったか」「分かりやすさ」をたずね，学習活動は宮芝らの「学習活動自己評価尺度−看護技術演習用−」36 項目を用い，それぞれ５段階リッカート法で行った。 　結果は，従来教材で学んだ2013 年度生の自己評価より，新教材で学んだ2014 年度生の自己評価が全ての項目で有意に高かった。従来教材と新教材の両方で学んだ2013 年度生は，新教材使用時の自己評価が全ての項目で有意に高かった。 　看護技術の重要な要素やコツ等を加えた新教材は学生の学習活動の促進に効果的であることが示唆された。 　This purpose of study is to demonstrate that audiovisual materials promote to change of selfevaluation about learning behavior among nursing students for acquiring nursing skills. We have created new materials (as opposed to conventional materials) and added image commentary which shows as an important factor or knack in nursing practice, and compared the usefulness and students' self-evaluation in their learning behavior. 　The subjects were first-year students in the academic year 2013 (these students used conventional and new materials) and first-year students in the academic year 2014 (who used only new materials). 　The surveys were carried out after practical examination, and conducted as follows : for the usefulness of audiovisual materials, the questions about whether they were useful in preparing and reviewing their courses and in practical examinations and of whether they were easy to understand were performed using the 5-point Likert scale；their learning activities were evaluated with the 36 items of "the self-evaluation scale of learning behaviors in nursing skills laboratories" using same one. 　The self-evaluation of students in the 2014 was significantly higher than that of students in the 2013 in every item. In students in the 2013, self-evaluation when using new materials was significantly higher in every item. 　The above suggested that the new materials that had created, such as an important factor or knock for nursing skills, were effective for promotion of students' learning behavior

The development and performance of a revised version of the Depression and Suicide and Screen : A case-control pilot study in a rural community

青森　介護予防事業の基本チェックリストに含まれる「うつ予防・支援」の5 項目（原版）は，既存のうつ病スクリーニング検査法（Depression and Suicide Screen）に軽微な変更が加えられた上で普及しているが，その精度に課題を残している。同リスト内の体重減少を尋ねる項目と早朝覚醒を尋ねる新規の項目を追加して7 項目から成る自記式検査法（増補版）を作成し，判別分析を用いて評点を定めた。両検査法の精度を比較する目的で，ケースコントロールデザインと地域で実施した構造化面接法によるうつ病の判定に基づく参照基準を用いて，抑うつ症状を有する高齢住民（うつ病者18 名と年齢をマッチさせた非うつ病者72 名）を対象とするROC 分析を行った。Area Under Curve（AUC）は5 項目原版で0.62，7 項目増補版で0.75 と後者で高かった。有症者のみの対象ゆえ特異度が低水準に留まったものの，至適な感度／特異度は原版（カットオフ値1 ／ 2 点）で67％／ 39％，増補版（3 ／ 4 点）で83％／ 51％が得られた。無症者を追加した対象による感度分析では，増補版の特異度が62％，AUC が0.81 へ増加し，原版の検出効率を上回っており（p = 0.097），高齢住民向けうつ病スクリーニングとして，今回の増補版の有用性を検証する余地がある

Beyond EFL : Globalizing Education in Japan

How can skills such as effective communication, problem solving, cultural awareness, and leadership, all necessary in a rapidly globalizing world, be developed and nurtured in Japan’s schools？ National public education must begin to play a more prominent role in the development of these important global skills. This paper will describe first year university students’ experiences with, and impressions of, the foreign language education they have received and ask whether or not this can be considered a globalizing education

青森　本稿は青森県内の居宅介護支援事業所３ケ所を利用している要介護高齢者の2014年から2015年にかけた居場所と要介護度の１年後の経年変化を明らかにすることを目的とした。 　分析対象は，2014年10月１日現在，青森県内の居宅介護支援事業所（以下，事業所とする。）３ケ所で居宅介護支援を受けていた要介護高齢者の事業所で保管している居宅介護支援データの提供に同意を得た773名とした。分析には，対象者の年齢，性別，居場所，要介護度を使用した。 　結果2014年から2015年の経年変化において，対象者の約３割に居場所の変化が認められた。74.6％の者が要介護状態で居宅生活を継続し，9.2％の者が死亡，8.4％の者が介護保険施設へ入所していた。要介護度の変化では，軽度要介護者と重度要介護者ともに維持率が高かったが，全体的に改善よりも悪化の傾向がみられた
