A training curriculum on the use and maintenance of pistol for general public was developed by using Hildi Taba Theory for develop the course and was experiment with 20 trainees.                 The research founds that:               1. The content of a training curriculum on the use and maintenance of pistol for general public was divided into 5 units consisting of unit 1 General Information of the pistol, unit 2 The safety rules and use of the pistol, unit 3 The maintenance of the pistol and bullets, unit 4 Law of firearms using, unit 5 Others laws which are involved.                 2. The efficiency of a training curriculum on the use and maintenance of pistol for general public for during training had the average score of 49.95 from the full score of 60, standard deviation was 2.52 and had the efficiency criteria (E1) was 82.50. For the efficiency after training had the average score of 49.05 from the full score of 60, standard deviation was 3.32 and the efficiency criteria (E2) was 81.75. A number of people make a big problem called solid waste.     āļĢāļąāļāļ›āļĢāļ°āļĻāļēāļŠāļ™āļĻāļēāļŠāļ•āļĢāļĄāļŦāļēāļšāļąāļ“āļ‘āļīāļ•, 2563The research aimed to 1) studies the extent of opinion toward the current roles of local governing of the legalized sub-district headman, village headman, and assistant of village headman 2) explore the current roles of local governing of the legalized sub-district headman, village headman, and assistant of village headman which should be legally provision 3) and to observe the extent of opinion toward the role of local governing of the sub-district headman, village headman, and assistant of village headman to cooperate with the mayor, the local administrative organization, and the public in the area and support from the department of provincial administration 4) to identify the approach for enhancing the working efficiency of the sub-district headman, village headman, and assistant of the village headman. The samples were 183 sub-district headmen, village headmen, and assistants of village headman in Khuanniang district, Songkhla province. Data were collected in the form of a questionnaire survey then analyzed statistically by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, and F-Test with One-Way ANOVA. The study showed that the samples have reflected a high level of opinion toward the current roles of legitimate local governing. The in-depth study found the samples have strongly reflected on the Urgent Policies followed by Civil Defense, Governing and Order Maintenance, Registrations, and Conservation of Natural Resources and the Environment. However, Career Development and Extension were the least concerned. On the other hand, the samples agreed to maintain all aspects of the legal provision. They have shown a high level of perspective toward the role of local governing of the sub-district headman, village headman, and assistant of the village headman, especially on the role of the cooperation with the citizens in the area. Followed by the role of the mayor, the role of working with the local governing, and lastly, aids from the department of provincial administration. Apart from these, the samples had suggested the rise of compensation and the increase in welfare. They also suggested that the council of the sub-district headman, where they can access directly to the budget, should be established. Interview and group discussion were used in this qualitative research. The sample was 12 of senior students from Faculty of Liberal Arts, University of Technology Phra Nakhon in second semester of academic year 2016. The research instrument was a structured interview. The results were as follows: 1. All students were aware of labor right awareness in working time 8 hours a day and 1 hour of breaking time on weekdays. 2. Most students were aware of a weekly holiday at least once a week. 3. Most students were aware of the right to sick leave and to go for private business. If their leaves were 3 or more, a medical certificate was required. 4. All students were aware of the wages paid to employees were not less than the legal minimum wage. Most students were aware of the payroll calculation that can be calculated by the length of the work and paid per hourly, daily or weekly wages. 5. Most students were aware of the need for employers to provide welfare benefits as required by law. It is legal to place an announcement at the workplace of the employees. 6. Most students lacked awareness of the right to compensation in all cases; definition and conditions of compensation to be paid by the employer to the employee in case of termination of employment without offense under Section 119 other than that of other types of payers paid by the employer to the employee. Including normal and special compensation rates. 7.
