The financial lease after the tax reform in the Slovak republic

The paper deals with the calculations of leasing economics, derived from recently valid laws, mainly the income tax law. According to § 19 paragraph 3 letter a) of the income tax law /ZDP/, the tax expenses represent a depreciation charge of tangible and intangible properties. The new law about the income tax allowed in precisely determined cases to claim depreciation charge not only to tax-payer, having the proprietorship or the administration right (if it relates to the state, village or the higher regional unit), but also to tax-payers who do not have this right if they count this property, incl. they count their property being rented by the form of financial leasing (§24 paragraph 1 letter. e). ZDP). The lessee by this way has the right the leasing object amortizes; despite he is not its owner. This represents a very advantageous, so-called leasing form of depreciation, when the lessees depreciates the property much earlier than using the balanced or accelerated depreciation

Analysis of energy saving in industrial washer and dryer

Bakalářská práce se v~první části zaměřuje na problematiku profesionální údržby prádla. Rešeršním způsobem je zpracován náhled do běžných prádelenských procesů a~provozů. Dále se práce věnuje experimentu, který je hlavním výstupem. V~provedeném experimentu je sledována závislost spotřeby pračky a~sušiče na teplotě máchací vody. Na základě teoretických znalostí o~viskozitě se předpokládá, že se stoupající teplotou máchací vody vznikne úspora energií. Výstupem je návrh měření spotřeby energií a~matematický model popisující zmíněné závislosti.The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the professional laundry maintenance issue. View into the common laundry processes and operations is processed by the research way. Then the thesis deals with the experiment, which is the main output. Dependence of the consumption between a washing machine, dryer and temperature of rinsing water is monitored in the performed experiment. On the basis of theoretical knowledge about the viscosity it is assumed that with the rising temperature of rinsing water there is an energy saving. The thesis output is suggestion of energy consumption measurement and mathematical model describing dependencies mentioned.

Témou diplomovej práce bola optimalizácia nákladov manipulačnej jednotky u vybranej spoločnosti. Podstatou riešenia daného problému bola minimalizácia času na manuálne prekladanie súčiastok pred vstupom do výrobného procesu. Na dosiahnutie riešenia som použil matematické a štatistické metódy spracovania informácii. V prvej fáze som získane údaje analyzoval pre ďalšie kroky. Následnou syntézou som pomocou matematických metód navrhol riešenie daného problému. Podstatou bolo dosiahnuť vyššiu efektivitu práce prostredníctvom zvýšenia efektívneho časového fondu.Rast efektivity práce spôsobil pokles mzdovej nákladovosti a to sa prejavilo v poklese celkových mzdových nákladov zainteresovaných zamestnancov.RESUMÉ Title of thesis: Optimization of the cost of handling units in the selected organization Author of thesis: Bc. The essence of solving the problem of minimizing the time to manually transfer components before entering the production process. To reach a solution I used mathematical and statistical methods of processing information. In the first phase, I analyze the data obtained for further action. Followed by synthesis using mathematical methods I proposed a solution to the problem. The essence was to achieve higher work efficiency by increasing the effective time of the Fund. Evaluation of Investments in Energy Saving Measures

Bakalářská práce se zabývá energeticky úspornými opatřeními, prováděnými na budovách, způsobům financování investic do těchto opatření a metodami jejich ekonomického hodnocení. V teoretické části jsou popsány způsoby stanovení energetické náročnosti budov, typy energeticky úsporných opatření, možnosti financování a ekonomického hodnocení. V praktické části jsou popsána energeticky úsporná opatření, provedená na dvou panelových budovách a způsob jejich financování a ekonomické zhodnocení těchto investic.Bachelor thesis deals with energy-saving measures implemented in buildings, financing of investments in these measures and methods of economic evaluation. The theoretical part describes how to determine the energy performance of buildings, types of energy-saving measures, funding opportunities and economic evaluation. The practical part describes the energy-saving measures, carried out on two prefabricated buildings and the method of financing and economic evaluation of these investments.

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout varianty rozmístění skladových zásob a tím dosáhnout optimalizace. Výsledkem optimalizace vzniklo zkrácení materiálového toku. Díky zkrácení materiálového toku bylo dále možné dopočítat vzniklou časovou úsporu a také finanční úsporu. V závěru bakalářské práce najdeme shrnutí a zhodnocení bakalářské práce.The bachelor thesis deals with the optimum placement of warehouse stock in the company Industroprofil. The aim of this thesis was to propose alternative positioning of inventory and achieve optimization. The result optimization of material flow originated shortening. With the shortening of the material flow was also possible to calculate the resulting time savings and cost savings. Pressure Valves in Pneumatics

Import 05/08/2014Úkolem této práce je vypracovat přehled prvků pro řízení tlaku vzduchu, popis jejich konstrukce a charakteristiky. Následuje přehled aplikací a zapojení tlakových ventilů v pneumatických obvodech. Praktickou část práce tvoří návrh experimentu a provedení měření obvodu, ve kterém redukční ventil slouží jako prvek pro úsporu stlačeného vzduchu. Všechny dosažené výsledky v měření úspory vzduchu jsou nadále zpracovány a vyhodnoceny tak, že porovnáváme spotřebu vzduchu na pneumatickém obvodu bez redukčního ventilu a s redukčním ventilem nastaveným na dvě různé hodnoty tlaku.The goal of this work is to develop a set of elements for controlling air pressure, a description of their structure and characteristics. The following is a list of applications and the involvement of pressure valves in pneumatic circuits. The practical part consists of experimental design and the measurement circuit, in which a pressure reducing valve is used as an element for saving the compressed air. Cílem bakalářské práce je kvantifikovat ekonomiku výrobního procesu. Nejdříve jsou popsána kritéria optimalizace výrobního procesu, nákladová návratnost s konkrétním příkladem. Na závěr je uvedeno kritické výrobní množství, též s konkretizovaným příkladem a programem tohoto příkladu v Excelu spolu s příslušnými grafy.Aim of this bachelor project is quantify economy of manufacturing. At first criterions of manufacturing optimization are define, then recoverability with right example. In the end critical quantity of production is described, including real example with Excel program of this example and grafs as well.
