Rekonstrukce výzkumné zplyňovací technologie na Výzkumném energetickém centru

Gasification technology was one of the first large projects of the Energy Research Center at the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. The beginnings of the technology date back to 2006, when construction of the first version of the gasification plant with an autothermal generator was started. During these years of operation, a lot of testing was conducted on the technology to test different types of fuel (pellets from rice husks, pellets from miscanthus, straw pellets, RDF and many other types of fuels) and various modifications to the technology (testing of two cyclones, dolomite reactor testing, scrubber testing). Subsequently reconstructed gasification technology held tests by RDF fuel, wood pellet and mixtures of these fuels. The tests of the fuel was conducted at three temperatures (750, 850, 950 ° C).Zplyňovací technologie byla jedním z prvních velkých projektů Výzkumného energetického centra na Vysoké škole báňské - Technické univerzitě Ostrava. Počátky technologie se datují k roku 2006, kdy byla zahájena výstavba první verze zplyňovacího zařízení s autotermním generátorem. Během těchto let provozu bylo na technologii prováděno mnoho testů, kdy se zkoušely různé druhy paliv (pelety z rýžových slupek, pelety z miscantusu, pelety ze slámy, RDF a mnoho dalších druhů paliv) a byly prováděny různé úpravy na technologii (zkoušení dvou cyklonů, zkoušení dolomitového reaktoru, zkoušení vymývačky). Následně proběhly na rekonstruované technologii zplyňování testy paliva RDF, dřevěných pelet a směsi těchto paliv. Testy paliv probíhaly ve třech teplotách (750, 850, 950 °C)

Baden-Württembergs Wirtschaft, traditionell führend in Innovation und Technologie, kann sich nicht sicher sein, dass dieser Vorsprung künftig ausreicht, die Preiskonkurrenz aus Billiglohnländern abzuwehren. Produktbegleitende Dienstleistungen können der Industrie helfen, im Wettbewerb auch weiterhin zu bestehen. Gerade eine weit fortgeschrittene Technologie in Produkten bieten gute Chancen für eine Problemlösungsstrategie, die aus Produkt und Dienstleistung besteht. Geht man daher der Frage nach, wo die baden-württembergische Industrie mit ihrem Dienstleistungsangebot steht, so zeigt sich: Die Industrie Baden-Württembergs hat im Vergleich zu den anderen Bundesländern momentan zwar noch ein geringfügig breiteres Dienstleistungsangebot, ist jedoch dabei, diesen Vorsprung einzubüßen... --

Plateformes d'innovation comme dispositif d'orientation des trajectoires technologiques des filières agricoles. Cas de la filière banane plantain en Côte d'Ivoire

Les politiques d'innovation dans les filières agricoles en Côte d'Ivoire depuis 2011 reposent sur la création d'un dispositif de transferts technologiques qualifié de "Plateformes d'Innovation", pour introduire des plants de variétés et d'hybrides améliorés. Cet article s'intéresse particulièrement aux conséquences des "Plateformes d'Innovation Banane Plantain" (PIP) dans la réorientation des choix technologiques locaux. Il interroge leurs résultats sur l'amélioration de l'indépendance alimentaire. Nous utilisons le cadre conceptuel des Systèmes Sectoriels d'Innovation (SSI) pour caractériser le fonctionnement de ces PIP. Nous identifions quatre composantes qui structurent ces innovations socio-technologiques : la composante recherche, la composante intermédiation, la composante chaîne de valeur et la composante financement. Nos résultats montrent que ces PIP restructurent le SSI car elles déterminent de nouvelles orientations des politiques publiques (recherches et innovation) dans le choix des cultivars introduits, des pratiques culturales et des préférences alimentaires, en intégrant la diversité géographique des bénéficiaires. Ces réorientations impliquent la prise en compte des besoins des producteurs et des consommateurs en matière de choix du matériel végétal. Le futur de ces PIP s'en trouve alors interrogé. Technologie verplicht

Overheidsorganisaties maken in toenemende mate gebruik van geavanceerde technologie. Hierdoor zijn zij in staat gebleken de kwaliteit én de snelheid van hun werkzaamheden aanzienlijk te verbeteren en het eind van de nieuwe mogelijkheden lijkt nog lang niet in zicht. Veel overheidsorganisaties volgen de technologische ontwikkelingen dan ook op de voet. Moderne technologie schept naast mogelijkheden echter ook verplichtingen. Immers, als overheidsorganisaties hun werk beter kunnen doen met behulp van technologie, moeten zij dat ook doen. Dit zou wel eens een belangrijke nieuwe verplichting in het recht kunnen worden: de verplichting om technologie te gebruiken. De stelling wordt, wat het openbaar ministerie betreft, ondersteund door arresten van het Hof Amsterdam en van de Hoge Raad
