EVALUASI PENERAPAN PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO NOMOR 13 TAHUN 2011 TENTANG PAJAK PARKIR DI RSUD KELAS B DR. R. SOSODORO DJATIKOESOEMO BOJONEGORO

Parking tax is a tax on the implementation of the road outside the park, either with the principal business and are provided as a daycare business, including the provision of a motor vehicle. The existence of a parking tax in Bojonegoro set in Bojonegoro District Regulation No. 13 of 2011, which in this regulation are the rates charged to the organizers of the road outside the park. With this regulation is expected actions related fraud parked outside the body can be minimized. Parking tax is a local tax levied as a source of revenue. This study used a descriptive-qualitative method, the data obtained are from interviews and secondary data obtained from previous studies, books and journals online. From the results of this data collection is then processed and analyzed to determine whether the parking at hospitals Class B Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro are in accordance with the legislation in force. Contemporary Brutalism: A Study of the Concept of Materiality

An Architectural and interior design works are made by combining various aspects including materials. Over time, the concept of materiality continues to develop so that this topic becomes relevant for discussion. This paper is a discourse on the development of Contemporary Architecture. The case study of this paper is a comparison of the Brutalism styles of Tadao Ando (Japanese Architect) and Andra Matin (Indonesian Architect). Data is collected by literature studies, namely by collecting various relevant writings related to the topic and then analyzing it using a qualitative method using analyzing of text-data by way of sorting and comparing each result of the writing. The aim of this paper is to find the background characters and concepts of contemporary brutalism from both architects. The results of the study show that both have several aspects in common in the creation of the works but can still have a different brand identity. GAMBARAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG CARA MENGOLAH SAYUR YANG BENAR PADA IBU DI JALAN JAGIRAN RT 06 RW 03 KECAMATAN TAMBAKSARI SURABAYA

Sebagian besar dari ibu tidak mengetahui cara mengolah sayur yang benar. Banyak yang cara pengolahannya salah yaitu dengan cara dipotong terlebih dahulu kemudian dicuci. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang cara mengolah sayur yang benar di jalan jagiran rt 06 rw 03 kecamatan tambaksari surabaya. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasinya semua ibu yang mengolah sayur sebagai bahan makanan yang dikonsumsi setiap hari dengan besar sampel 33 responden yang diambil secara total sampling. Variabelnya adalah tingkat pengetahuan tentang cara mengolah sayur yang benar pada ibu. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dengan cara editing, scoring, coding, tabulating, analisis deskriptif yang di sajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. dari hasil penelitian sebagian besar (66,7%) ibu memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kurang, sebagian kecil (24,3%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik, sedangkan sebagian kecil (9%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup tentang cara mengolah sayur yang benar. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang cara mengolah sayur yang benar sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang. Untuk petugas kesehatan disarankan untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan khususnya kepada ibu untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang cara mengolah sayur yang benar

Web application to support applications for jobs

In the graduation thesis, we will focus on the following problem of the employment procedure. For certain professions, there is a high number of job applicants. Consequently, when a job vacancy is advertised, employees are overburdened and it is difficult to perform their own regular work. In most cases, the employer has a sample of the desirable properties he is looking for in a future employee. Usually, the most important ones are age, education,and above all, work experience. Therefore, as the objective of the thesis, we decided to create a web application that allows the employer to narrow down the list of suitable applicants. For this purpose, we used classi�fication methods, which, based on attributes age, education and work experience, determine if the applicant is suitable for the given job

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA NY.W DENGAN PRE DAN POST MASTEKTOMI CA. MAMMAE SINISTRA DI RUANG MAWAR 3 RSUD.Dr. MOEWARDI SURAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi asuhan keperawatan pada Ny. S dengan Pre dan Post Mastektomi Ca. Mammae sinistra di Ruang Mawar 3 RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peneliti sebagai subjek pemberi tindakan, tenaga medis RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta sebagai subjek pembantu dalam perencanaan dan pengumpualan data penelitian, dan Ny. S sebagai subjek penerima tindakan. Pengidentifikasian asuhan keperawatan ini dimulai dari pengkajian, analisa data pasien, perumusan masalah, prioritas masalah, perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan sampai evaluasi tindakan pasien dengan Ca Mammae. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya masalah keperawatan pada pasien pada pre operasi adalah: 1) nyeri berhubungan dengan proses penyakit: penekanan massa tumor ke jaringan sekitar, 2) Ansietas berhubungan dengan perubahan status kesehatan. Sedangkan masalah keperawatan setelah operasi adalah: a) Nyeri akut berhubungan dengan prosedure pembedahan trauma jaringan, b) Resti infeksi berhubungan dengan prosedure invasif pembedahan, c) Kerusakan mobilitas fisik berhubungan dengan gangguan neuromuskular. Setelah dilakukan tindakan keperawatan terhadap Ny. S selama 3 hari, maka perawat mampu: 1) mengurangi nyeri dengan mengkaji TTV, memberikan teknik relaksasi untuk mengurangi nyeri, serta pemberian analgetik. 2) mengatasi ansietas dengan memberikan penjelasan tentang penyakit, tanda gejala, dan penatalaksanaannya dan melibatkan keluarga dalam memberikan motivasi. a) mengurangi nyeri dengan mengkaji TTV, memberikan injeksi sesuai advis dokter, memberikan teknik relaksasi untuk mengurangi nyeri, serta pemberian analgetik. b) Mangatasi resti infeksi dengan melakukan medikasi setiap hari pada luka operasi. c) Mengatasi kerusakan mobilitas fisik dengan latihan rom pasif dan aktif pada bahu kiri.Dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah masalah keperawatan pasien telah teratasi sebagian dan intervensi dilanjutkan
