Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na odvodové povinnosti fyzických osob v různých formách podnikání. Ukazuje, jak se může, v mezích zákona, odvodová povinnost změnit volbou určité formy podnikání a navrhuje vhodnou formu podnikání pro konkrétní fyzickou osobu.This bachelor thesis is focused on the tax liability of natural persons in various forms of the business. It describes how the tax liability could be legally changed by a selection of the business form and also proposes a suitable form of the business for the specific natural person.

Globalization tendencies in the Czech SME'S - Historical Approach (1997-2004)

The main purpose of this paper is to present historical development of SME’s in the Czech Republic between years 1997-2004. It covers sections about changing strategy approach to prepare SME’s to EU entry and nearly two years in the European Union. The Czech economy made big changes especially in SME field, because before year 1989 in the state managed economy were used only big companies forms. SME’s sector in Czech Republic is now a dynamic growing phenomenon, which has influence on regional labour market, foreign trade and investment possibilities. It is the purpose of making year-to-year research, which has as a main goal to map changes in a SME structure, adaptability and influence of changing factors in our business environment. Research section presents a part of final doctoral thesis about finding main factors, which make impulses to change strategy to be innovative and on the way to knowledge society after the EU accession. As a conclusion is SME suggested to use some development strategies or support cooperation way to be more adaptable on wide European market. Reason is - SME’s have to change their point of view – to think European not only local market orientation. It is the way to continue their business by the innovative direction. Income from Business and Dependent Activity from the Income Tax Perspective

Import 22/07/2015Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem Příjmy z podnikání a závislé činnosti z pohledu daně z příjmů je seskupit teoretické aspekty podnikání a závislé činnosti dle aktuálních právních předpisů a srovnat odvodové zatížení příjmů osob samostatně výdělečně činných a zaměstnanců. V první části práce autorka sepsala základní teoretické aspekty podnikání, závislé činnosti a postup výpočtu daně z příjmů fyzických osob. V druhé části práce je na základě propočtů srovnáno odvodové zatížení příjmů podnikatelů a zaměstnanců ze stanovených příjmů.The goal of the bachelor thesis titled Income from business and dependent activity from the tax perespective is to accumulate theoretical aspects of business and dependent activity according to the current legislation and compare the burden of the income tax to self-employed and employees. The author has been written the basic theoretical aspects of business, employment and the process of calculating the tax on personal income in the first part of the work. Multilevel Marketing as a Business Opportunity

Import 04/11/2015Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit Multilevel Marketing (MLM) jako podnikatelskou příležitost, pomocí které můžeme dosáhnout relativně vysokých zisků za pomocí jednoduchého systému v krátkém čase. V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny základní pojmy jako podnikání, podnikatel, podnik a charakterizovány jednotlivé formy podnikání v ČR fyzických a právnických osob. Další část je zaměřena na Multilevel Marketingem, jeho historický vývoj a princip fungování včetně Cashflow kvadrantu, který je považován za základní kámen podnikání v Multilevel Marketingu. Systém MLM je představen na příkladu firmy MonaVie, která působí jako nová firma na českém trhu. V praktické části této práce jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé kroky, potřebné k úspěšnému začátku podnikání ve firmě MonaVie v ČR. Na základě vlastních poznatků byla vytvořena SWOT analýza a detailně rozebrány silné a slabé stránky firmy, příležitosti a hrozby pro firmu MonaVie.Thesis is focused on Multilevel Marketing as a business opportunity by which we can achieve relative high profits by simple system in a short time. The basic concepts of business, businessman, company and the single forms of business in the Czech Republic are explained in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the other part we are dealing with Multilevel Marketing history, principals of working and Cashflow quadrant which is consider as a base for Multilevel Marketing. MLM concept is described on an example of MonaVie company which is new to the Czech Republic market. In practical part of the thesis single steps needed for successful business start in MonaVie company are characterized. V první části práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska, která jsou následně aplikována v části analytické. V té je provedena analýza současného stavu a všech faktorů působících na společnost. Na základě provedených analýz je zpracován vlastní návrh řešení této problematiky.This thesis deals with a draft of business intention for a current company extension.
