AbstractWe must admit that the conflictual states are a reality within the school organizations and if we continue to ignore them they will not vanish, at most they will perpetuate in time. In trying to improve the organizational context of the school, it is necessary to develop an interdisciplinary approach for the resolution of conflicts. The school must enter into an organizational self-learning process to eliminate the tendencies of derailing from reforms. For the organizational practice of schools in Romania, the field of conflict resolution is an emerging field and as a result, it is characterized by an extremely high dynamic

At the beginning of the interwar period could be observed both in Romania and Bukovina numerous economic transformations, generated by political and social factors, like the consequences of the First World War, financial and human losses, the protective measures for agriculture and the import and exportation of agricultural products, etc. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the main measures undertaken by the state for economic and social reconstruction and resilience in first part of interwar period, both for Romania and Bukovina. The results point out that the agriculture will continue to have a pronounced cereal character, even if the lands cultivated with other plants have a significant rise. An important place in the volume of trade is occupied by the exchange between the village and the city, which took off in the interwar years, a fact mainly due to the expansion of peasant households and their production, after the agrarian reform of the 1920s

The pandemic has brought educational systems in front of certain changes in the educational paradigm and at the same time in front of enormous challenges. Online education has been a reality for many months, and teachers have worked hard to adapt to the situation created by the crisis facing schools. It was a period that very often brought to the surface the creativity of teachers and the great availability to adapt to the situation of online education. Depending on the environment of residence, the infrastructure of the schools, the digital competencies they possessed, the teachers found solutions so as not to further increase the inequalities between the students. We proposed making a synthetic analysis of the training programs of school teachers in Romania, having 2021 as reference year, a pandemic year. This analysis was carried out at the level of development regions, at the level of the structure of the providers of continuous training programs and of the topics of continuous training

Background: Among people with diabetes, those with kidney disease have exceptionally high rates of cardiovascular (CV) morbidity and mortality and progression of their underlying kidney disease. Finerenone is a novel, nonsteroidal, selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist that has shown to reduce albuminuria in type 2 diabetes (T2D) patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) while revealing only a low risk of hyperkalemia. However, the effect of finerenone on CV and renal outcomes has not yet been investigated in long-term trials. Patients and Methods: The Finerenone in Reducing CV Mortality and Morbidity in Diabetic Kidney Disease (FIGARO-DKD) trial aims to assess the efficacy and safety of finerenone compared to placebo at reducing clinically important CV and renal outcomes in T2D patients with CKD. FIGARO-DKD is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, event-driven trial running in 47 countries with an expected duration of approximately 6 years. FIGARO-DKD randomized 7,437 patients with an estimated glomerular filtration rate >= 25 mL/min/1.73 m(2) and albuminuria (urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio >= 30 to <= 5,000 mg/g). The study has at least 90% power to detect a 20% reduction in the risk of the primary outcome (overall two-sided significance level alpha = 0.05), the composite of time to first occurrence of CV death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, or hospitalization for heart failure. Conclusions: FIGARO-DKD will determine whether an optimally treated cohort of T2D patients with CKD at high risk of CV and renal events will experience cardiorenal benefits with the addition of finerenone to their treatment regimen. Trial Registration: EudraCT number: 2015-000950-39; ClinicalTrials.gov identifier: NCT02545049

Labour market in this world has many diversities depending on the country in which every country has a different policy to provide or assist their population. Based on the world development plans, the world government aims to increase the labour force in order to improve the economic performance, which means government sector, business sector, and international firms require a huge amount of work forces to operate their own organization. So the requirements of the workplace mostly need employees that are satisfied to work, have labour skills and reliable on development and profitability to their firm. Currently, Laos is about to getting forward from undeveloped country to developing country, which it is also effect directly to Ministry of Education, and Sport of Laos such create policy for support the development on education field. According to this, most of the firms also expect that their future employees should at least graduate with a bachelor degree. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to show how the issue of employment is currently developing in Laos based on the results of the questionnaire

Aim of the study To determine the effect of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) on hard tissue healing following tooth extraction. Material and methods The study included 63 patients and a total of 183 extractions were performed. The study had a split-mouth design. Each patient had a study side where the sockets were filled with PRF and a control side, where the postextractional sockets underwent natural healing, by clot formation. After 3 months, for the evaluation of hard tissue quality, a bone density measurement was done using a Cone Bean Computer Tomogram (CBCT). Results Statistical analysis revealed a significant increase in bone density in the postextractional sockets where PRF was used as filling material. Conclusions It can be concluded that through the use of PRF as an augmentation material after tooth extraction the hard tissue healing process is significantly enhanced

Dual Stem Cell Therapy Improves the Myocardial Recovery Post-Infarction through Reciprocal Modulation of Cell Functions

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) are promising candidates for regenerative therapy of the infarcted heart. However, poor cell retention within the transplantation site limits their potential. We hypothesized that MSC benefits could be enhanced through a dual-cell approach using jointly endothelial colony forming cells (ECFC) and MSC. To assess this, we comparatively evaluated the effects of the therapy with MSC and ECFC versus MSC-only in a mouse model of myocardial infarction. Heart function was assessed by echocardiography, and the molecular crosstalk between MSC and ECFC was evaluated in vitro through direct or indirect co-culture systems. We found that dual-cell therapy improved cardiac function in terms of ejection fraction and stroke volume. In vitro experiments showed that ECFC augmented MSC effector properties by increasing Connexin 43 and Integrin alpha-5 and the secretion of healing-associated molecules. Moreover, MSC prompted the organization of ECFC into vascular networks. This indicated a reciprocal modulation in the functionality of MSC and ECFC. In conclusion, the crosstalk between MSC and ECFC augments the therapeutic properties of MSC and enhances the angiogenic properties of ECFC. Our data consolidate the dual-cell therapy as a step forward for the development of effective treatments for patients affected by myocardial infarction

COVID-19 pandemic-related perceived risk of infection, illness fears, acute stress, emotional anxiety, exhaustion, and fatigue, psychological trauma and depressive symptoms, and sustained psychological distress can cause smartphone addiction risk and lead to technology-related cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders, thus impacting psychological well-being. Behavioral addiction of smartphone users can result in anxiety symptom severity, psychiatric symptoms, and depressive stress. We carried out a quantitative literature review of the Web of Science, Scopus, and ProQuest throughout June 2022, with search terms including "smartphone addiction + COVID-19" + "stress," "anxiety," "depression," "psychological distress," "screen time," and "fear." As we analyzed only articles published between 2020 and 2022, 288 papers met the eligibility criteria. By excluding sources with similar titles, having unclear findings or unsupported by replication, or displaying inconsistent content, we selected 64, mainly empirical, sources. We used layout algorithms (VOSviewer) and bibliometric mapping (Dimensions) as data visualization tools. Assessing the Methodological Quality of Systematic Reviews (AMSTAR), a systematic review and literature review software (Distiller SR), Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT), and Systematic Review Data Repository (SRDR) were employed as methodological quality assessment tools. As limitations, we analyzed only articles published between 2020 and 2022 in scholarly outlets indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, and ProQuest databases. The scope of our study also does not advance the inspection of sources covering vulnerable individuals suffering from certain diseases or specific generations. Subsequent analyses should develop on smartphone use and addiction among children and adolescents. Future research should thus investigate problematic smartphone use and addiction across generations Z and Alpha. Attention should be directed to their personality traits and psychopathological symptoms
