    Perovskite Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Diodes

    Recently, lead halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention because of their excellent properties of high color purity, tunable emission wavelength covering the whole visible region, and ultrahigh photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield. They are expected to be promising candidates for the next-generation cost-effective lighting and display sources. Here, we introduced the recent development in the direct solution-processed synthesis and ion exchange-based reactions, leading to organic/inorganic hybrid halide perovskites (CH3NH3PbX3; X = Cl, Br, I) and all-inorganic lead halide perovskites (CsPbX3; X = Cl, Br, I), and studied their optical properties related to exciton-related emission and quantum confinement effect. Finally, we reviewed the recent progresses on the perovskite light-emitting diodes (LEDs) based on CH3NH3PbX3 and CsPbX3 quantum dots and provided a critical outlook into the existing and future challenges

    The Trustworthiness of Online Reference Group and Participation Behavior of Crowd in Crowdsourcing e-Market

    Crowdsourcing e-market provides a lot of advantages to solve problems of organizations, companies and individuals. As a result, it’s important to develop an understanding of online reference group and participation behavior of crowd. The authors argue that reference group can obtain trustworthiness in the eyes of the crowd, such as integrity trustworthiness and ability trustworthiness. The trustworthiness of online reference group has influence on the participation behaviors of crowd. The authors test these ideas by examining the crowdsoucing process on zhubajie e-market in March 2012. When the perceived uncertainty is high, the effect of integrity trustworthiness on participation behavior is greater than ability trustworthiness. When the perceived uncertainty is low, the effect of ability trustworthiness on participation behavior is greater than integrity trustworthiness

    Effectiveness of hydropathic compress of dandelion in ameliorating complications of arteriovenous fistula

    Purpose: To investigate the effect of dandelion hydropathic compress on the complications of autologous arteriovenous fistula (AVF).Methods: From January to June 2019, a total of 162 patients treated with arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis in the blood purification department of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University were enrolled. They were randomly assigned at a ratio of 1:1 to receive either conventional infrared irradiation (control group) or conventional irradiation plus dandelion hydropathic compress (study group). The clinical endpoint was the amelioration of the complications of arteriovenous fistula after 6 months of treatment.Results: Dandelion hydropathic compress combined with conventional infrared irradiation was associated with a significantly higher clinical efficacy (96.30 %) than conventional infrared irradiation alone (77.78 %). The application of dandelion hydropathic compress plus infrared irradiation resulted in significantly reduced pain, a better quality of life, and a lower incidence of complications (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Dandelion hydropathic compress plus routine nursing and infrared irradiation lower the incidence of complications, improve blood flow, relieve pain, and enhance the quality of life of patients. Further clinical trials are needed to confirm the usefulness of this therapeutic strategy

    Community prevalence of carbapenemase-producing Gram-negative bacteria

    Purpose: To raise awareness of carbapenemase-producing organisms, identify “at-risk” patients when admitted in a medical healthcare facility, and to outline effective infection prevention and control measures in order to halt the entry and spread of these organisms. Methods: A total of 1043 un-duplicated urine specimens of healthy volunteers who had no travel history or history of hospitalization were screened. The carbapenemase genotype of each imipenem-resistant strain was determined. Molecular typing and homology analysis of the main carbapenemase-producing strains were used to reveal the mode of transmission of resistance genes. Through transfer joint experiments, the potential risk of spread of carbapenemase genes was assessed. Results: A total of 19 carbapenemase-producing strains from 1,043 non-duplicated healthy volunteers (1.82 %) were identified. The main carbapenemase-producing organism was E. coli (42.1 %, 8/19). The main carbapenemase genotype of E. coli was blaKPC-2 (7 strains). Results from multi-locus sequence typing (MLST) indicated that 7 E. coli isolates belonged to ST-10, ST-101, ST-131, ST-405, ST-410 and ST-1193 and ST-2562. Homologous cluster analysis revealed that the sequence types among the 7 E. coli were high in diversity. The blaKPC-2 gene was successfully transferred from these isolates to 10.22-14 via conjugation. All recipient cells showed marked decreases in carbapenem sensitivity to imipenem (p < 0.05)). The degrees of conjugation were 2.10±0.12 ×10-4, 1.96±0.14×10-4, 2.72±0.18 ×10-4, 3.15±0.20 × 10-4, 2.92±0.23 ×10-4, 3.50±0.20 ×10-4 and 4.12±0.24 ×10-4 in recipient cells of TC7.23-51, TC8.9-42, TC8.15-11, TC8.23-59-3, TC8.23-83, TC9.08-47 and TC10.13-15, respectively. Conclusion: The findings demonstrate the pattern and features of carbapenemase-insensitive E. coli. The blaKPC-2 was the main community-prevalent gene of carbapenem-resistant E. coli. In view of increasing incidence of resistance to multi-drug therapy, surveillance of insensitivity to antibiotics is vital, especially urinary system infection due to carbapenem-insensitive E. coli
