The impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zateplovacích systémů a jejich vlivem na kvalitu a cenu rodinného domu. Popisuje možná řešení zateplení a zhodnocuje vlastnosti a cenu jednotlivých systémů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tvorbu cen ve stavebnictví, charakteristiku nákladů, možnosti získání dotací a popis izolačních materiálů. V praktické části práce jsou navrženy zateplovací systémy pro konkrétní objekt a je provedena kalkulace nákladů. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení vybraných systémů.This bachelor thesis deals with the impact of price of thermal insulation on total price and quality of detached house. This thesis is focussed on options of thermal insulations and evaluates properties and price. Theoretical part describes structural prices, costs, subsidy and options of thermal insulation systems. Practical part of this thesis describes proposes of insulation systems on specific detached house. In the final section of thesis is evaluated calculation of price and properties of every insulation system.

Je zaměřena na popis dějin rodu a vývoj jejich majetkové držby ve stanoveném období. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. V první je nastíněna historie rodu Smiřických v daném období od samotného počátku, až do nástupu Habsburků. Zabývá se životy příslušníků tohoto šlechtického rodu a je zde také řešena otázka jejich povýšení do panského stavu, uskutečněnému v poslední čtvrtině 15. století. Především jsou zde popsány osudy Jana I. Smiřického ze Smiřic a jeho syna Jindřicha II., kteří svými činy nejvíce přispěli rodu v tomto období. Druhá část je věnována majetkové držbě rodu a jejímu vývoji do roku 1526

Design of mixing ratio of two quarried aggregates fraction 0/4 mm for readymix concrete

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem poměrů mísení dvou druhů drobných těžených kameniv pro výrobu transportbetonu. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty požadavky z českých technických norem na jednotlivé složky betonu, zejména požadavky na drobné kamenivo. V praktické části pak byly navrženy receptury pro tři třídy betonu, bylo provedeno ověření vlastností betonů v čerstvém i ztvrdlém stavu a na základě výsledků pak byl stanoven optimální poměr mísení drobného kameniva z lokality Smiřice a Lípa.This diploma thesis describes with mixing ratio of two kinds of small quarried aggregate for the production of ready mix concrete. The theoretical part summarizes the requirements of Czech technical standards to individual components of concrete, particularly the requirements for fine aggregates. In the practical part were designed the recipes for three classes of concrete and was done checking the properties of concrete in fresh and hardened state. Based on the results were determined the optimal mixing ratio of fine aggregate from location Smiřice and Lípa.

Projektová dokumentace řeší stavbu rodinného domu s kavárnou v Trutnově. Objekt je částečně podsklepený a má 1 podlaží v suterénu a 2 nadzemní podlaží. V suterénu je situována kavárna a zázemí pro kavárnu a garáž pro 2 osobní automobily. V prvním a druhém nadzemním podlaží je bytová část. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou.Project deals with the construction of the detached house with coffee bar in Trutnov. The building is situated partly in basement and has one floor in the basement and two floors above ground. In the basement is located a coffee bar and facilities for the cafeteria and garage for 2 cars. In the first and second floor is the residential area. The Building is covered by flat roof.

Petra Tymová, Ph.D. Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu vnitřní kanalizace v objektu polyfunkčního domu, který je tvořen administrativními prostory v 1.NP a obytnými prostory ve 2. a 3.NP. Odpadní splaškové vody jsou vedeny do domovní čistírny odpadních vod, která je tvořena kompletně vystrojeným výrobkem společnosti Asio, spol. s.r.o., přečištěné odpadní vody jsou následně vypouštěny do veřejné kanalizační sítě. Dalším bodem návrhu je nakládání s dešťovými vodami, které jsou svedeny do retenčních nádrží, ze kterým budou použity primárně k zavlažování zatravněných pozemků investora. Přebytečné dešťové vody budou svedeny do zasakovacích těles. Zároveň je v diplomové práci zpracován návrh vnitřního vodovodu pitné vody, teplé vody, cirkulace teplé vody a požárního vodovodu. Petra Tymová, Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project of internal sewerage in the building of a multifunctional house, which consists of administrative premises in the 1st floor and residential premises in the 2nd and 3rd floor. The wastewater is led to a domestic sewage treatment plant, which consists of a fully equipped product of the company Asio, spol. s.r.o., the treated wastewater is subsequently discharged into the public sewage network. Another point of the proposal is the management of rainwater, which is discharged into retention tanks, from which it will be used primarily for irrigation of the investor's grassed areas. Excess rainwater will be discharged into soakaways. At the same time, the design of the internal water supply system for drinking water, hot water, hot water circulation and fire water supply is developed in the thesis. Bakalářská práce je projekt rodinného dvoupodlažního domu se suterénem. Projekt je zpracován ve stupni provádění stavby, se zaměřením na návrh konstrukčních detailů a energetické náročnosti budovy. Součástí je také požárně bezpečnostní řešení rodinného domu. Dispoziční řešení a architektonické ztvárnění je dle požadavků budoucích uživatelů s ohledem na platné zákony, vyhlášky, normy. Pro stavbu rodinného domu jsou navrženy tradiční materiály s ohledem na nejnovější poznatky ve stavebnictví.This bachelor’s dissertation is on the design of a two-floor family home with a basement. This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. It also looks at fire safety solutions in the home. The floorplan and the architectural look take into account the needs of the future occupants in terms of the relevant regulations, standards and norms. Traditional materials are used with the latest building techniques.

The aim of this article is to analyze local executive coalitions and mayors. The research covers 68 municipalities. The article focuses on type of executive coalition, the members of coalitions, the force of the parties in the coalitions, relations between parties and on mayors. The main outcome of the research is that the largest coalitions are those which do not support competitiveness in party systems – grand, oversized, wide and all-embracing coalitions

Práce je zaměřena na popsání obchodních procesů ve stavebním sdružení. První část se zabývá teoretickými pojmy vztahujícími se k tématu práce, jako jsou stavební zakázka, stavební sdružení, rizika a nebezpečí, náklady na stavební zakázce a ceny ve stavebnictví. Druhá část se věnuje případové studii, která je zaměřena na danou problematiku související s obchodními procesy ve stavebním sdružení a určení finální nabídkové ceny stavební zakázky.The thesis is focused on analysis of business activities in joint venture. Firs part explains theoretical terms related with thesis subject, such as construction project, joint venture, risks and hazards, construction project costs and prices in civil engineering. Second part is case study, which is focused to the topic related to business activities in joint venture and determining final price of construction project.
