Ve dnech 17. až 19. dubna 2013 se mohli zájemci o ekologické hospodářství zúčastnit semináře s názvem Ekologické intenzivní sady, zakládání, péče a ochrana, který se konal v Dětenicích pod vedením švýcarského odborníka Andrease Häseliho. Ten se věnuje výzkumu v ekologickém zemědělství již 30 let. Většinu účastníků semináře tvořili členové neziskových organizací, pedagogové a výzkumníci

Do R&D Subsidies Support Innovation or Imitation? Evidence from Four EU Countries

This paper presents an empirical analysis of the effects of public R&D subsidies on the innovative activities of private firms in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Portugal. We investigate whether public R&D subsidies make firms’ activities more innovative. We measure these effects using firm-level data from the 2010 and 2012 Community Innovation Survey and estimated the effects by propensity score matching. We find that the subsidies do not fully crowd out private sources of R&D expenditure in any of these countries. However, there is a substantial heterogeneity in the impact of the subsidies on firms’ innovativeness. R&D subsidies do support true innovations in the Czech Republic and Germany, but they enhance only imitations in Bulgaria and Portugal.Tento příspěvek představuje empirickou analýzu dopadů veřejných dotací na výzkum a vývoj na inovační aktivity soukromých firem v Bulharsku, České republice, Německu a Portugalsku. Zkoumáme, zda veřejné dotace na výzkum a vývoj motivují firmy přicházet na trh s inovativnějšími produkty. Tyto efekty měříme pomocí dat z Community Innovation Survey za rok 2010 a 2012 a odhadujeme pomocí neparametrického matchingového estimátoru. Zjistili jsme, že dotace v žádné z těchto zemí zcela nevytěsňují soukromé zdroje výdajů na výzkum a vývoj. Existuje však značná heterogenita v dopadu dotací na inovativnost firem. Dotace v oblasti výzkumu a vývoje podporují skutečné inovace v České republice a Německu, ale financují pouze imitace v Bulharsku a Portugalsku

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rozpočtových příjmů a výdajů obce. Návrh snížení výdajů vychází z předpokladu, že ve veřejném sektoru se dají vždy finanční prostředky ušetřit, a je založen na vhodnějším výběru firem, které pro obec vykonávají různé zakázky.This bachelor thesis deals with budgetary revenues and outgoings analysis. Proposal for decrease in costs results from hypothesis which says that in public sector there is allways possible to save financial means. Proposal is based on better choosing of companies that works for the municipality in various orders.

The range and the structure of subsidies in agriculture companies reaching a different economical level

The paper deals with a range and a structure of subsidies in agricultural companies reach a different economic level and farm in different natural conditions. The research realized within a set of 109 agricultural companies of NUTS II South-East throughout the years 2001-2003 shows that the endowment support of field economy had the same extent in the main (subsidies for 1 ha of agricultural land and for one worker), both in the group of different economic level and in the group of agricultural companies running their own business in different natural conditions during this period. The structure of subsidies, in a view-point of their special purpose, is a bit different among the companies running businesses in less favored areas (LFA), namely in a higher share of subsidies supporting a non-production asset, ecological agriculture and beef-raising.Agricultural companies, subsidies, economical level of companies, natural conditions, Agricultural and Food Policy,

Import 02/09/2009V předložené práci je zpracován ucelený přehled o příspěvkové organizaci včetně poskytování sociálních služeb a statistických výkazů. Součástí celkové analýzy je popis průběhu celého financování sociálních služeb na území České republiky včetně vybrané příspěvkové organizace. V práci je též zmíněna základní legislativa pro příspěvkové organizace. V další části jsou zpracovány doporučení financování vybrané příspěvkové organizace inspirované sociálními modely některých evropských států. Závěr práce je věnován sytému financování v oblasti sociálních služeb, jeho fungování a efektivitě v oblasti sociálních služeb. Faktem je, že poskytování sociálních služeb je nenahraditelné.A consistent survey is elaborated in presented dissertation, the survey is about an allowance organization including rendition of social services. As a part of general analysis is a description of whole financial process in social in Czech Republic and includes selected allowance organizations. A basic legislation for allowance organizations is also mentioned in the dissertation. In next part a financial recommendation is processed for chosen allowance organization, which is inspired with social models of several European countries. A conclusion is devoted to a financial system in the area of social services, its functioning and efficiency in the area of social services. Economic Analysis of Retirement Homes

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést ekonomické rozbory tří vybraných příspěvkových organizací – domovů pro seniory, představit téma sociální politiky a vytvořit širší rámec, do kterého bude následně zařazen praktický kontext příspěvkových organizací. V teoretické části je představen pojem sociální služby, legislativa, která ji ohraničuje a způsoby financování poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. V další části práce rozebírá příspěvkové organizace z hlediska jejich zřizovatele, tvorby finančních fondů a celkového hospodaření s finančními prostředky. V praktické části jsou na základě popsaných ekonomických a finančních ukazatelů srovnávány tři vybrané domovy pro seniory. Na základě přidělovaných dotací, příspěvků, nákladů a výnosů a jejich dlouhodobého majetku je ukázána jejich ekonomická situace. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je celková analýza fungování těchto organizací a následné nastínění možných situací, které by jejich provoz mohly ohrozit nebo přímo narušit.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to economicly analyse three selected state-funded institutions – retirement homes, to introduce the subject of social policy and to create a wider framework which will then include the practical context of state-funded institutions. The theoretical part introduces the concept of social services, the legislation that limits it and the ways of financing the social service providers. State-funded institutions in terms of their founder, creation of financial funds and overall financial management will be analysed in the next part of the thesis. In the practical part, based on the described economic and financial indicators, three selected homes for seniors are compared. Based on subsidies, benefits, costs and revenues, and their long-term assets, their economic situation is shown. Price of electricity from biomass

V úvodu se práce zabývá definicí, vznikem a rozdělením biomasy. Dále jsou popsány různé způsoby technologického zpracování biomasy. Třetí část je zaměřena na legislativní úpravu výroby elektrické energie z biomasy a na dotační politiku státu v oblasti výroby energie z biomasy. Závěrečná část aplikuje konkrétní využití biomasy při vytápění města Třebíče biomasou.The introduction of the work addresses the definition, creation and distribution of biomass. Below there are the different ways of processing of biomass technology. The third part focuses on the legislative regulation of electricity generation from biomass and the subsidy policy of the state in energy production from biomass. The final section applies the specific use of biomass for heating in city Třebíč.

Význam informační asymetrie pro regionální správu

The subject of this article is the information asymmetry in the area of regional management. The aim of the Author is to discuss the significance of the information asymmetry for the regional government at the level of Czech regions. On the basis of present competences and powers of regional self-governments the main areas of the information asymmetry presence are identified. Possibilities of regional self-government how to eliminate the information asymmetry in the regions are discussed. First of all, there is the principal-agent problem. The regio-nal self-government is partly the agent of local people and partly the principal in relation to its allowance organi-zations. Furthermore, the information asymmetry is also present in the grants providing and it is asymmetric information of the grant recipients’ qualities. The asymmetric information is evident in some types of goods and services provided by regional self-government, especially in the education and health care systems. Within the detached powers, the regional self-government has instruments to eliminate the information asymmetry in the private agents’ market relations in the region

Práce pojednává o možnostech financování plánovaných projektů, postupu podání žádosti o dotaci a o následném postupu při získání či odmítnutí poskytnutí dotace.Master's thesis concerns ways of obtaining grants from funds from European Union. Municipal Budget Proposal

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rozpočtu obce, přesněji městyse Velké Němčice, pro příští období, konkrétně pro rok 2013. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky o obcích, jejich příjmech a výdajích a o rozpočtech obcí. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou rozpočtů v letech 2011 a 2012 a poté návrhem rozpočtu obce pro následující období.Bachelor thesis deals with the draft budget of the municipalities, the small town Velké Němčice, for the next period, i.e. for the year 2013. In the theoretical part are summarized fundamental knowledge about the community, their revenue and expenditure and about the budgets of municipalities. The practical part analyzes the budgets in 2011 and 2012, and the draft municipal budget for the following year.
