ANALISIS PROSES PENETAPAN UPAH MINIMUM KABUPATEN/KOTA (UMK) BERDASARKAN STANDAR KEBUTUHAN HIDUP LAYAK (KHL) TENAGA KERJA WILAYAH EKS-KARESIDENAN SURAKARTA

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know how fixed process of regional minimum wage with minimum cost of proper basic standard labour in Eks-Karesidenan Surakarta. The data base is from regulation of labour about labour union and wages, communicate with each leader labour union office in Eks-Karesidenan Surakarta and librarian study about minimum wage standard. This research method is deskriptive analysis, that is equivalenting the regulation about minimum wage in 2013 with each declaration in EksKaresidenan Surakarta. The all of fixed of regional minimum wage 2013 in Eks-Karesidenan Surakarta is using minimum cost proper basic result from survey and the deal with labour union. The dominant component in minimum cost proper basic is food and drink. The prosentase average of regional minimum wage in Eks-Karesidenan Surakarta is to be equal with regional minimum wage
