Closing the expectation gap between employees and their supervisors

Abstract

In an effort to address a growing issue between working relationships (employee vs. employer, co-worker vs. co-worker, family vs. family) with regard to how expectations of job performances, team assignments and basic human interaction are being affected, particularly as it relates to the quality and depth of such relationships, this report will attempt to determine what factors contribute to this issue and offer specific recommendations toward reducing and/or minimizing this growing problem
