Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest rozwój rynku kapitałowego w Kazachstanie w latach 1991–2000. W pracy omówiona została droga do niepodległości Kazachstanu oraz transformacja jego gospodarczych struktur po 1991 roku. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono kształtowaniu się i rozwojowi rynku kapitałowego, który stanowił podwaliny do utworzenia mechanizmów gospodarki wolnorynkowej.The subject of this work is the development of the capital market in Kazakhstan between 1991–2000. The paper discusses the road to Kazakhstan's independence and the transformation of its economic structures after 1991.
