Seasonal variability and its mechanisms of Kuroshio intrusion into the Taiwan Strait using the Lagrangian method

Abstract

高温高盐黑潮水对台湾海峡的入侵,对海峡内的环流结构及生态系统具有极为重要的影响,黑潮水对台湾海峡的入侵已引起了国内外的广泛关注。然而现有的关于黑潮水入侵台湾海峡的研究多是通过水体温盐特性进行欧拉方法的分析,而通过拉格朗日方法的分析较少。此外,现有的研究只注意到了黑潮水从台湾海峡南部的入侵,从未考虑过黑潮水从台湾海峡北部入侵的可能性。本文旨在利用卫星追踪的海表漂流浮标轨迹数据及LTRANS粒子追踪模型模拟的示踪粒子试验结果,探究黑潮水从北部入侵台湾海峡的可能性、黑潮水入侵台湾海峡各种方式的季节变化,并根据示踪粒子试验结果选取黑潮水入侵台湾海峡的典型过程,结合长时间序列的HYCOM+NCODA再分...The high temperature and high salinity of the Kuroshio water has an important influence on the circulation structure and ecosystem of the Taiwan Strait.
