La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje Psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamentos de Cundinamarca, Boyacá y Valle del Cauca.

Abstract

En el presente documento se encuentra recopilada toda la información del trabajo y el análisis realizado durante este diplomado acerca de las dinámicas de violencia en diferentes escenarios, especialmente en el marco del conflicto armado en Colombia, el cual, por décadas ha afectado física, mental y socialmente a miles de personas; este permite sintetizar las más de cinco décadas de dicho conflicto para comprender la complejidad de la violencia en Colombia, pero así mismo vislumbrar nuevos horizontes y desafíos para la seguridad, que permita ponerle fin a un conflicto que ha dejado tantas víctimas. La violencia es una de las problemáticas que más ha afectado nuestro país dejando secuelas imposibles de borrar; la sociedad civil ha resultado afectada en su mayoría por el conflicto armado, ya sea directa o indirectamente, y desde hace muchos años realiza protestas en contra de la violencia ejercida por los actores armados del conflicto. Las comunidades afrodescendientes e indígenas, han sido unas de las más afectadas en el país, tras las amargas experiencias de los desplazamientos que viven a diario, el desafío de ser atropellados por la falta de oportunidades y en algunas ocasiones excluidos por su color de piel, religión y entre otros. Ellos han representado un papel muy importante en las demandas ciudadanas, porque a raíz de todas las adversidades por las que han tenido que pasar, contribuyen a través de sus vivencias y su testimonio a fomentar un diálogo de paz, ya que en la actualidad existen diferentes tipos de violencia que siguen afectando a la población y por eso es de suma importancia tomar medidas para minimizar esta problemática. En los relatos tomados del libro Voces: historias de violencia y esperanza en Colombia, se pudo identificar que las personas protagonistas de estos casos tuvieron que pasar por situaciones muy difíciles, donde tuvieron que abandonar todo por salvar sus vidas y las de sus familias; desafortunadamente muchos de ellos perdieron a sus seres queridos. Estos casos impactan a muchos, ya que a pesar de las diferentes situaciones que tuvieron que vivir asociadas a la violencia, la discriminación, el despojo de sus pertenencias, el desplazamiento, entre otros amargos escenarios, tomaron la fuerza necesaria para seguir adelante luchando cada día por buscar un futuro mejor, encontrar oportunidades dignas que les ayuden en sus vidas y de esa misma manera ayudar a su departamento, a sus comunidades en todo el doloroso proceso que deja el horror de la guerra. El caso elegido por el grupo para trabajar en el informe es el caso de Ana Ligia Higinio, una mujer guerrera, soñadora que vivió experiencias muy difíciles y amargas, como víctima del desplazamiento, pero que aun así entrego todo, arriesgando la vida de sus hijos y la propia siempre queriendo y teniendo la voluntad de ayudar a las víctimas del conflicto, aunque también era una de ellas. Este informe amplía el panorama del conflicto y lo que este implica a través de un enfoque narrativo, para llevarnos a ejecutar un plan de acción que no solo ayude a aquellas personas que han pasado por este tipo de situaciones que no escogieron vivir, sino también a crear estrategias y hallar recursos en ellos mismos para minimizar esta problemática. Es necesario fomentar la participación activa de las comunidades para generar en ellas confianza y seguridad, y crear grupos de líderes que ayuden a las víctimas, a restituirlas, a repararlas y así construir un territorio de paz.This document contains all the information of the work and the analysis made during this diploma program about the dynamics of violence in different contexts, especially in the context of the armed conflict in Colombia, which, for decades, has affected physical, mental and socially thousands of people; This allows to synthesize more than five decades of this conflicto, to understand the complexity of the violence in Colombia, but also to glimpse new horizons and security challenges, which allows the end of a conflict which has left so many victims. Violence is one of the problems that has affected our country the most, leaving sequels impossible to erase; civil society has been mostly affected by the armed conflict, either directly or indirectly, and for many years it has been protesting against the violence commited by the armed actors in the conflict. Afro-descendant and indian communities have been one of the most people affected in this country, behind the bitter experiences of daily displacements, the challenge of being run over by the lack of opportunities and sometimes excluded by their skin color, Religion and among others. They have played a very important role in citizen demands, because following all the adversities they have had to live, they contribute through their experiences and their testimony to begin a peace dialogue, because there are currently different types of violence that continue to affect the population and that’s why is very important to take actions to minimize this problem. In the stories taken from the book Voces: stories of violence and hope in Colombia, it was possible to identify that the protagonists of these cases had to go through very difficult situations, where they had to abandon everything to save their lives and their families; Unfortunately, many of them lost their loved ones. These cases impact many people in despite of different situations they had to live, associated with violence, discrimination, dispossession of their belongings, displacement, among other difficult contexts, they took the necessary strength to continue fighting every day, for seeking a better future, finding worthy opportunities that help them in their lives and in the same way to help their people, their communities in all the painful process left by the horror of war. The case chosen by the group to work on the report, is the case of Ana Ligia Higinio, a warrior woman, a dreamer who lived very difficult and bitter experiences, as a victim of displacement, but still delivered everything, risking the lives of her children and her own always wanting and having the will to help the victims of the conflict, although she was also one of them. This report expands the panorama of the conflict and what it implies through a narrative approach, that take us to execute an action plan that not only helps those people who have gone through these kind of situations that they didn’t choose to live, but also to create strategies and find resources in themselves to minimize this problem. It is necessary to encourage the active participation of communities to build trust and security in them, and create groups of leaders that help victims, restore them, repair them and this build a territory of peace
