En la presente investigación se realizó la construcción de significados psicológicos sobre felicidad, partiendo del sujeto común no experto en la materia. Para ello se utilizó la técnica de Redes Semánticas Naturales Modificadas (RSNM), la cual se caracteriza por ser una técnica cualitativa que explora la riqueza del lenguaje del participante para describir y aportar a la construcción de significados sobre un tema de interés, en este caso felicidad, desde el conocimiento adquirido por la experiencia de vida y su interactuar con la cultura y sociedad. Esto en el contexto de la UNAD Zona Sur, específicamente con el cuerpo docente de las diferentes escuelas académicas, excepto los que pertenecen al programa de psicología, esto con el objetivo de descartar influencia disciplinaria en la construcción del concepto de interés. Dando como resultado una diferencia no significativa entre docentes psicólogos y docentes de otras disciplinas. El significado psicológico de felicidad tiene entonces una configuración más sociocultural que académica.In the present investigation the construction of psychological meanings on happiness was carried out, starting from the common subject not expert in the matter. For this, the technique of Modified Natural Semantic Networks (RSNM) was used, which is characterized by being a qualitative technique that explores the richness of the participant's language to describe and contribute to the construction of meanings on a topic of interest, in this case happiness, from the knowledge acquired by the experience of life and its interaction with culture and society.
