Abstract

Demand to education institutions to develop and to increase human excellences for long term national building has brought educationist In dichotomical poles. One pole states that school should be able to produce outputs who marketable in working market, and another states that school should able to pruduce outputs who have ability to problem solving in daily life as well as thinking independency. There are still two opposites perspective on managing of education and teaching institutions. Partly, emphasizing that the institution responsibility is just to teaching. while another part more emphasizing that the institution not only responsible in teaching. But also preparing students to become learners that ready to solve any problem in daily activity. This condition has some questions and answer that will be elaborate in this articl
