  دا஺ه ع࢖وم ୐شਔی ໊ඟمان  دانشكده مديريت و اطﻼع رساني پزشكي  پايان نامه مقطع كارشناسي ارشد مديريت خدمات بهداشتي درماني  عنوان:وضعيت كارآفريني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمان بر اساس بررسي   استانداردهاي دانشگاه كارآفرين و ارائه ي راهكارهاي اصﻼحي    توسط: فرشيد برخورداري  محمد رضا امير اسماعيلياستاد راهنما: دكتر   حسين صابرياستاد مشاور: دكتر   ٧٩٣١-٨٩٣١سال تحصيلي:   چکیده:متاسـفانه در کشـور مـا، در حالـت خوشـبینانه دانشـگاه هـا در نسـل دوم یعنـی  مقدمـه و اهـداف:دانشـگاه هـای پـژوهش محـور قـرار دارنـد و فعالیـت چنـدانی در راسـتای تبـدیل شـدن بـه نسـل سـوم کنـونی بـا در نظـر گـرفتن ایـن کـه ཮ـ྘ایط  هـای کـارآفرین ندارنـد. در زمـان دانشگاه هـا یعنـی دانشـگاهاقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاཬ྽ دچـار تغییـر شـده اسـت، در دانشـگاه هـا بـه سیسـتمی احتیـاج هســت کــه ب ــه آمــوزش و ت ــرویج خྍཥقیــت و روحیــه ی کــارآفرینی و نــوآوری ب ــه دانشــجویان مســتعد و ی برای ارزیابی و انطبـاق دانشـگاه هـای در این راستا وجود ابزار  همچنین اعضای هیأت علمی بپردازد.های دانشگاه نسل سوم ྄྘وری به نظر می رسـد. یکـی از ایـن ابزارهـا مـی  علوم پزشکی با استانداردتواند چک لیستی از شاخص هـای دانشـگاه نسـل سـوم بـه منظـور پـایش میـزان تحقـق اسـتانداردهاي م پزشکی باشد. لذا این مطالعه بـا هـدف ساختاري، عملکردی، فرآیندی و زیرساختی دانشگاه هاي علوشناسایی وضعیت کارآفرینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمـان از نظـر اسـتانداردهای دانشـگاه کـارآفرین   پدیدار گردید.فاز انجام شد. در فاز اول مطالعـه، بـا اسـتفاده  ۳اين پژوهش به صورت تركيبي و در  روش تحقیق:هـاي دانشـگاه كـارآفرين بـر  خانـه اي، ويژگـي هـا و اسـتاندارداز بررཬـྫྷ متـون علمـي و مطالعـات كتابمبناي بسته هاي تحـول آمـوزش پزشـكي وزارت بهداشـت، درمـان و آمـوزش پزشـكي شناسـايي شـد و ليسـتي مـدون و معتبـر كـرد. در فـاز دوم مطالعـه، ايـن چـك ليسـت در  پژوهشـگر اقـدام بـه تهيـه چـكشـد. در فـاز سـوم مطالعـه، بـه وسـيله ي مصـاحبه بـا دانشگاه علوم پزشكي كرمـان، بررཬـྫྷ و تكميـل ه ي ، بـه ارائـنمونـه گيـري هدفمنـد انتخـاب شـدندمتخصصين و نظرخـواهي از خبرگـان كـه بـه صـورت از روش پدیدار شناཬ྽ توصیفی بر اساس مراحـل هفـت مرحلـه ای  راهكارهاي اصྍཥحي پرداخته شد و  شد.روش کྍཥیزی برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده دانشـگاه علـوم اسـتاندارد تاییـد شـده توسـط خبرگـان و افـراد صـاحب نظـر  ۸۶در فـاز اول  ﯾﺎﻓﺘـه هـﺎ:دانشـگاه علـوم پزشـکی کرمـان  ،ممكـن ی نمـره ۰۸۶از مجمـوع  بدست آمد. در فـاز دوم پزشكي كرماندر  هــای دانشـگاه هــای کــارآقرین از نظــر اسـتاندارد نمــره را كســب كنــد كـه در مجمــوع ۰۷۳توانســت کـد  ۵عوامل موثر بر گـذار بـه دانشـگاه نسـل سـوم در قالـب  فاز سوموضعيت متوسط قرار دارد. در ک ــد فرعــی طبق ــه بن ــدی گردیدن ــد. کــد هــای اصــلی شــامل: اصــྍཥح بروکراཬــ྽، توجــه ب ــه  ۴۱اصــلی و توانمندسازی افراد دانشگاه، توجه به بهبود وضعیت فارغ التحصیྍཥن، بـازنگری در وضـعیت آمـوزش و   پژوهش و ارتباط با صنعت و ایجاد سود بود.یافته هـا نشـان مـی دهـد کـه دانشـگاه علـوم پزشـکی کرمـان بـا توجـه بـه محتـوای چـک  نﺘیجه گیری:لیست طراحی شده، بحث کارآفرینی را مورد توجه قرار داده و حرکت به سوی دانشگاه نسـل سـوم را ی ཮ـ྘وع ایـن فرآینـد مـی باشـند. مـی مـا نشـانه ا آغاز کرده است، هر چند این اقدامات کـافی نیسـتند، گـنهرف، یتیریدم مره شهاک ،یزاس ྽ྂوصخ ،྽ཬارکورب شهاک نوچمه ییاهراکهار قیرط زا ناوت قوـف و لـمکم یاـه تـیلاعف شیازـفا ،قـفوم دارفا زا یرادربوگلا ،بسانم شاداپ متسیس داجیا ،یزاسخومآ شـناد و ییوجـشناد لاـعف یاـه نـمجنا داـجیا ،هـمانرب شزوـمآ یاـه هرود داـجیا و شیازـفا ،ناـگت یاـه شزوـمآ و اـه هاـگراک شیازـفا ،྽཮زومآ یاوتحم رییغت ،دیتاسا طسوت سیردت هویش رییغت ،موادم هعسوت ،یمسر ریغ ی نیرفآراـک هاگـشناد ریـسم رد ،هعـسوت و قـیقحت شیازـفا و ناـینب شـناد داصتقا.تشادرب ماگ  :یدیلک تﺎملک آراک هاگشناد ،ینیرفآراکنامرک یکشزپ مولع هاگشناد ،نیرف  Abstract: Introduction: Unfortunately, in our country, in the optimistic state of the universities, the second generation is a research-based university that educates people who can only fill pre-defined career gaps and have little activity towards becoming Third generation universities do not have entrepreneurial universities. At the current time, considering that the economic, cultural, social and political conditions have changed, there is a system in universities that needs to educate and promote the creativity and spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to talented students as well as faculty members. And also the transformation of universities into an entrepreneurial university is necessary for survival and development in the future. On the other hand, one of the pivotal points in the packets of the development of medical education is attention to the third generation university and the entrepreneur. Universities of medical sciences across the country have a mission to move in this direction. Method: The present study was carried out on mix-method in educational hospitals in Kerman. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. In the qualitative section, a semi-structured interview was conducted with 13 experts interested in the topic, selected through purposive sampling, and the results were analyzed by content analysis according to Colaizzi’s method. Results: According to the standards obtained in this research, the results showed that Kerman University of Medical Sciences from a total of 680 possible scores could score 370, which in general was in a moderate situation. In the present study five main themes include; reforming the bureaucracy, paying attention to the empowerment of university personnel, improving the status of graduates, reviewing the status of education and research, and connecting with the industry and making profit were identified. Conclusion: The findings show that the Kerman University of Medical Sciences, considering the content of the checklist designed, has focused on entrepreneurship and has begun moving to a third-generation university, although these are not enough, but the sign start this process.
