In Japan, the new therapy（intra-venous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator（IV rt-PA）therapy）for cerebral infarction within 3 hours of onset was started on October 2005. Hyper-acute therapy has great potential to improve the quality of life after stroke. For new therapy, the patients should come to the hospital very early time from onset.
