Water has a very important role for its main agriculture for rice farming, corn and other agricultural crops. This study aims 1) Knowing how much efficiency of irrigation in Trani Irrigation Area. 2) Evaluate the availability of irrigation water needs in Trani Irrigation Area. Sampling by using purposive proportional to find the water debit and the determination of the location of the large measurement of pekolasi done by Proposional rondom sampling based on the area of soil type. Analysis of data processing using the method used is survey method, data collection includes primary data and secondary data. The results of this study show that 1) The great efficiency of irrigation in each channel in Trani irrigation area is different. The irrigation efficiency in Trani I and II Secondary Toll Road is 83.9% and 82.3%. This large difference in irrigation efficiency is influenced by the area of irrigation that is channeled by secondary channels Trani I and II, so that the water loss is large. The greater the water losses, the smaller the irrigation efficiency. 2) Water shortage in Trani I and II Secondary Channels occurred in June I, June II, July I and July II. This is because in those months the availability of water in Trani I and II secondary canals is low and at the same time the rice cropping pattern is in generative until cooking, so the need of irrigation water is big. Irrigation water irrigation in Trani Irrigation Area is overcome by way of rotation of water, so that every arcal of rice fields get water in rotation
