The purpose of this research was to determine whether there are differences in job stress, motivation and organizational commitment of production and nonproduction employees at PT. ANTAM Tbk. - UBPP Logam Mulia, Jakarta. Subjects were 120 employees of PT. ANTAM Tbk. - UBPP Logam Mulia, Jakarta, which consists of 60 employees of the production and 60 of non-production section. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions to the work stress, 12 questions for work motivation and 9 questions for organizational commitment. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-Test. Final conclusion taken based on the amount of significant value, if 0.05 then there is no difference. Based on the T-Test results obtained significance value of 0.000 for work stress variables, then 0.580 to work motivation and 0.132 for the variable organizational commitment. Based on these results it can be deduced that to the
stress of work between production and non-production employees are different, whereas for work motivation and organizational commitment between production and non-production employees are identical
