Phylogenetic analysis of Ras proteins.

Abstract

<p>The Ras-related Rho orthologues were used as an outgroup. The analysis was performed using Neighbor-joining method in the MEGA4.0 software and 1000 Bootstrap replications as test of phylogeny.
