Effects of OSM (10 ng/ml) either alone or in combination with LH (1 ng/ml) on the proliferation of interstitial cells isolated from 13-day-old rat testes and cultured for 1, 3 or 8 days

Statistical analysis revealed that there was no significant difference among the different experiments. Therefore, the results are represented as mean ± SD of three different experiments that were combined. Each single experiment was carried out in quadruplicate.
