Abstract

<p>Fertile eggs were collected and incubated. At d 15 (E15), 17 (E17), and 20 (E20) of incubation and d 0 (D0), 1 (D1), 2 (D2), and 6 (D6) post-hatch, the thymic lobes, spleens and cecal tonsils were collected and analyzed for CD4<sup>+</sup> and CD4<sup>+</sup>CD25<sup>+</sup> cells.
