<p>The timetree was newly estimated based on the concatenated dataset (7,134 bp). The PI profile was generated using the online program PhyDesign <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0039256#pone.0039256-LopezGiraldez1" target="_blank">[52]</a>.
