Abstract

<p>SLOB, through inhibitory modulation of SLO, influences dILP release from mNSCs and gene expression of <i>to</i> and <i>dilp3</i>. <i>Slob</i> null flies have elevated SLO activity, resulting in opposite effects on IIS and gene expression.
