Identification of mutations of the <i>psm-mec</i> gene from MRSA strains.

Abstract

<p>Mutation of <i>psm-mec</i> is presented as a number of nucleotides from the transcription start site of <i>psm-mec</i> and nucleotide substitutions. T>C means that thymine was exchanged with cytosine.
