Abstract

<p>The graphs show logarithmic plots of experimental data (red crosses; <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0067815#pone.0067815-Svenson1" target="_blank">[10]</a>) and simulated data (blue crosses). Panel A and E: The graphs show experimental data that was proportionally adjusted to match nWt and the uninhibited kobs (red crosses <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0067815#pone.0067815-Svenson1" target="_blank">[10]</a>), along with simulated data points (blue crosses; schemes 1–3 according to the labels).
