Abstract

<p>(<b>A</b>) 1mM H₂O₂ (15min) increased phospho-ERK protein expression by a factor of 2.1±0.3 (#p<0.01 vs. control) and was attenuated by pretreatment with APN by 40±7% (*p<0.05 vs. H₂O₂ treated cells). (<b>B</b>) Representative Western blot.</p
