Abstract

<p>Abbreviations refer to samples from this study, that of France and Kocher <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0074218#pone.0074218-France2" target="_blank">[12]</a> and Escobar-Briones <i>et al. </i><a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0074218#pone.0074218-EscobarBriones1" target="_blank">[36]</a> (for details see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0074218#pone-0074218-t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a>).
