Abstract

<p>(A) Transcript accumulation from the <i>gl13</i> gene was measured via qRT-PCR in 8 EMS-induced alleles and 2 spontaneous alleles and compared to a wild-type control (left box) and the Mu-induced allele and its appropriate wild-type control (right box). (B) The relative expression of <i>gl13</i> in shoots (6 DAP) and seedlings (10 DAP and 15 DAP) from wild-type and <i>gl13-ref</i> mutant. </p
