Abstract

<p>This table summarizes top candidates of differentially expressed “autoimmune-specific” IFN signature genes in CD4⁺ T cells, CD16⁻ and CD16⁺ monocytes defined by a foldchange ≥4 or ≤−4.</p><p>^a FC: fold change.</p><p>^b P values was calculated by the comparison of SLE versus healthy donors before immunization. All values were Bonferroni-corrected for multiple-comparisons.</p><p>^c NS: Not significant with cutoff of FC > = 2 or < = −2 in SLE.</p
