Abstract
Iridium-catalyzed annulation of salicylimines
with 1,3-dienes gave
high yields of the corresponding 4-aminochromanes with high stereoselectivity.
The use of a chiral diene ligand enabled the asymmetric reaction to
give 4-aminochromanes with high enantioselectivity
