Abstract

<p>(<b>A</b>) <b>&</b> (<b>B</b>) Decreased NICD expression in H520-Rnd3 cells compared to H520 cells. (<b>C</b>) <b>&</b> (<b>D</b>) Decreased Rho Kinase activity in H520-Rnd3 cells compared to H520 cells detected by antibodies specific for pMYPT1 and pMLC2.
