Abstract

<p>Row 1 is the original image with red initial contours. The first column is the final segmentation results. The second column is the estimated bias field images. The third column is the corrected images. Row 2 and 3 are the corresponding results of Li’s model in <i>σ</i> = 3 and <i>σ</i> = 10. Row 4 and 5 are the final results of our model in <i>σ</i> = 3 and <i>σ</i> = 10 respectively.</p
