Abstract

<p>The effect of <i>let-7b</i> mimic, paclitaxel or gemcitabine on cell cycle progression in A549 (A) and Panc-1 cells (B) was evaluated by flow cytometry. The effect of <i>let-7b</i> mimic, paclitaxel or gemcitabine on colony formation of A549 (C) and Panc-1 cells (D) was visualized by crystal violet staining.
