Abstract

<p>(a) Ingredients added back to acid-treated bran during the immobilization of strain F8. Control (‘C’): no addition; ‘C + Starch’, ‘C + Cellulose’, and ‘C + Vitamins’ represent the addition of starch, cellulose, or vitamins, respectively.
